Pours a pumpkin color with an ephemeral beige head. Nose is bland ! Taste is tart, with little if any pumpkin ....maybe an old bad bottle from Total Wine ??? A difficult one to rate.... weitz15 (581) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - MAR 19, 2016
Light orange pour. Interesting for a pumpkin. Lots of nutmeg, lots of spice, not a lot of pumpkin. More like a spiced ale, and would get a higher rating if the label matched the product. DavoleBomb (1867) - Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 30, 2016
Poured into a perfect pint from a bottle.
2.75 A: Lightly hazed medium orange color. One finger of frothy beige head that falls quickly and leaves no lacing.
2.5 S: This may be the weakest beer I’ve ever smelled in terms of its pumpkininess. The actual pumpkin comes through fairly well, but the spices just aren’t strong enough. Cinnamon and nutmeg are there, but you really have to focus to tease them out. Aside from that, there’s caramel, molasses, and spring water.
2.5 T: Like the nose, the taste isn’t bad, it’s just hard to find. Super weak spices, just a hint of molasses, and not enough pumpkin to satisfy even the most sensitive of tasters. The beer itself is weak and near flavorless. Hints of caramel and molasses, but that’s it.
2.5 M: Even the mouthfeel is lacking. Medium body. It feels heavier than it is and lacks creaminess. Carbonation level is fine.
2.0 D: I go hard on the pumpkin beer each year and this one is by far the least exciting one I’ve had in years. I’m bummed I bought a sixer of this but happy that this is the last bottle.

Not a good scent and very low spices. Pale orange color. Even the askew is light. Wouldn’t get again. Tap. oldrtybastrd (5002) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - OCT 11, 2015
Pours a light golden amber with almost no head. Light pumpkin spice aromas. Flavor is sweet spicy with a little bitterness on the tail.

10/02/2015: Smells like a baked pumpkin pie after it has been chilled in the refrigerator; red orange color; very pumpkiny (too much like pumpkin juice) with a dry cinammon spice in the finish; average body; okay, but just doesn’t sit well in my stomach; much prefered the Madtree PumpCan that I decided to have after this one... Pours gold with a white head. Aromas of pumpkin, and spices. Taste the same with some malt sweetness. Can actually taste a little crust also. Not to bad. Frank (4188) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 27, 2014
Not bad for a pumpkin ale but that is not the same as good. This is an orange beer. Pumpkin spice is pretty mild in the nose but his you harder one you taste it. There is a good breakfast cereal malt character in the background but this is not too sweet. It is medium to full bodied with vigorous carbonation. It finishes with some lingering spice and brown sugar. mike5326 (1754) - virginia beach, Virginia, USA - NOV 16, 2014
Poured from a tap. Clear golden color, small white head. Not much of an aroma. Light body with a light pumpkin flavor and a watery finish.

on tap @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear dark amber with a thin ivory head cover, spots and dots of lace. Taste is malt with pumpkin and light spices that moves without trouble through the palate to a finish with a hint of bittering. A simple, easy-drinking brew, but not as appealing as it might be.
