Draft. Nutmeg, light cinnamon and pumpkin malt aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet nutmeg, cinnamon, and pumpkin malt flavor with a strong ginger finish. Very smooth. A hit even with my wife who has hated almost every beer (except for the ultra-sweet lambics) she has ever tried. queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - OCT 5, 2012
Tap at New Albanian. Sweet pumpkin malt, nutmeg aroma - like pumpkin pie meets eggnog. Amber with a small off-white head. Pumpkin malt, cinnamon, and nutmeg flavor with a ginger finish. Medium creamy body, Outstanding pumpkin ale. BelgianBeerGal (4122) - Panama City, Florida, USA - OCT 1, 2012
UPDATED: OCT 8, 2012 Draft sample (twice) at Jungle Jims. They had sold out or I would have gotten more than a sample. This pumpkin beer is on par with Pumking (my fave). Great depth of flavor with a rich, silky mouthfeel. Well done. I liked it enough to buy a growler too. jhp40219 (449) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - OCT 21, 2012
12oz bottle poured in imperial pint glass. Pours a hazy copper color with a decent off white head that fades to a thin ring of bubbles all too quickly. Aroma of pumpkin, cinnamon, molasses, vanilla, and spice. Very pumpkin pie like. The pumpkin, cinnamon and molasses, as well as caramel really come through in the taste. However it is very sweet and sugary, not unlike actual pumpkin pie. Body is slighty thick for an ale, but creamy and smooth. Very well balanced! Perfect amount of carbonation, active but without stinging the tongue. Great cinnamon and pumpkin aftertaste. Overall a very well done pumpkin ale! One of the better ones I’ve had! Bottle from Seth. Nose is nutmeg and pumpkin and taste is the same. Very similar to pumpkin pie with a little malt thrown in at the end. Great for the style but not something I'd drink more than one of since its so flavorful.

Draft. Aroma is sweet malts, cinnaman, and nutmeg. Notes of allspice, ginger, pumpkin and cain sugar stand out. Palate is thick, but crisp. Flavor brings out a great pumpkin pie taste. One of the better pumpkin beers I have had. jsquire (4537) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - SEP 2, 2012
Amber beer out of the bottle with a thick, foamy beige head. Nice spicey pumpkin beer nose with lots of nutmeg, cinnimon and pie spice. Very smooth mouthfeel. Very flavorful beer with lots of pumpkin, cinnimon, nutmeg, pie crust and the flavor that reminds me of the pumpkin raisen cookies that my mom makes in the fall. This is a very nice pumpkin seasonal. mikedevilsfan (226) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 12, 2013
Smells great. lots of pumpkin pie on the nose. Not just a pumkin spice. Sweet malty pumpkin taste. pretty solid bluejacket74 (1993) - Reynoldsburg, Ohio, USA - AUG 17, 2012
12 ounce bottle, the new batch just showed up at the store recently. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a clear orange/copper color with an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices. It also tastes like pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and some molasses. It’s a nice sweet and spicy brew. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it’s a bit slick with good carbonation. I think it’s a solid pumpkin ale, it’s worth trying. $8.99 a 6 pack. lurch88 (11) - - SEP 7, 2012
This beer does not disappoint. Enough flavor but does not over do it. Really impressed with this brewery.
