bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Hazy light amber with tiny bits of sediment, an over-ambitious 3" white head, sheets of lace. Taste is mouth-cleansing malt with good fruity overtones that yields to clean pilsner hops in a medium finish. A well-balanced, good-tasting brew. tnkw01 (1854) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 21, 2014
Bottle. Clear, medium gold color. Taste was balanced but very average. Aroma was weak, grass. Not a great beer, just average. Clarkdvm (542) - Florida, USA - MAY 31, 2014
Bottle with cheesy pic on front. Moderately bitter. No aroma. Takes like spunked IPA. Seriously not good. Maybe I just got a bad bottle. Yates nothing like a blonde ale. phaleslu (10895) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 26, 2014
12 oz. bottle from a six pack purchased from Kroger. We bought it for friends visiting for the weekend, and they liked the beer a lot, but not the label. Plenty of comments on that. Anyway, this one pours a cloudy yellow-gold with an inch of white head. The pils malts provide notes of crackers, bread, and grains, along with hops that are subtle, with grass and citrus. Light-bodied, with moderate to medium carbonation and a dry mouthfeel. Good blonde ale. Chudwick (3423) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - MAY 6, 2014
12oz bottle into Le Listermann - nose is dandelion. Sip adds light lemon peel and some light honey. Refreshing and a little hoppy. Grassy.

Bottle thanks to DrSilverworm. Hazy amber-gold pour with a small head that fades to a ring with big bubbles. Aroma is a nice mix of cereal grain and cocktail fruit juice. Taste is big and juicy which is a great surprise. Great juicy fruit cocktail-like taste is front. Big spicy and floral hop finish with a mild bitterness. Grainy malt is noticeable throughout as well. Smooth soft carbonation pairs well with the spicy hop bite. Really good beer but I’m thinking this should be labeled a pale ale. And I hope this new Belma hop gets more use at other breweries. Sample at 101 Beer Kitchen. The beer pours a clear yellow-gold color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily. Spotty lacing. Aroma of floral hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, toasted malt and a touch of citrus. The finish is mildly bitter with a lingering herbal hops aftertaste. Decent overall. tastybeer (1853) - Indiana, USA - APR 14, 2014

Faintly hazy, with a foamy white had. Smells citrusy, like mango, I suppose and a little bit toasty,. Dry, woody flavor, with some piney, bitterness. Lingering finish DialSquare (5186) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - APR 13, 2014
