I shudder when I see that a beer is lapped in the spice/herb/veg category. However, this is the best of that category that I can remember. the pour is a nice amber, little to no white head. The aroma is malty sweet. This beer is best enjoyed on a cold winter day. the finish is long and lingering. the flavor is malty with the seasonal spices that one would expect- Cinnamon, clove, nutmeg.

Bottle. Pours a clear, brownish beer with a thin off white head on top. Aroma has lots of cinnamon and molasses in there, burnt caramel, dried oranges. Flavor is light sweet and roasty, lots of cinnamon in there, making it rather spicy in a not hot way. Quite a watery body nonetheless, short light sweet aftertaste. Gentle carbonation.. quite ok.

Poured on tumbler. Terrible looking dark copper color with a white head that disappears quickly. Aroma of nutmeg. It reminds me of pumpkin pie. Light palate with an average taste.

Light amber, clear, lasting head. Floral, intense nose. Medium full body, smooth texture, intense flavor, low heat and avg carbonation, long palate. Moderately bitter, sweetish, getting drier towards the end, just enough acidity. Malty, complex, very floral, hoppy, molasses and cinammon not so obvious. Intersting, more than great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle. Poured reddish-amber, slightly hazy with a skim head. Nose is spicy and sourish. Medium body, thin carbonation. Flavour of roasted malt, slightly burnt grains, note of treacle, clove and cinnamon, peppery finish.

Bottle pour copper with thin tan head. Nose cinnamon, brown sugar, sweet malt. Taste big cinnamon, like cinnamon rolls. Light spicy finish. I like cinnamon so I don’t mind this beer.

12oz bottle. Poured dark into a large stemmed glass, almost no head to speak of. The flavors didn’t really work for me though it was OK just not really my thing.

Pours a hazy copper color with a thin off white head. Aromas of molasses and malt. Flavors the same with some cinnamon spice flavor. Some malt sweetness. Not to bad. Medium palate. Little to no lacing in the glass.

UPDATED: FEB 15, 2015 Bottle. Dark amber in color. Medium, very light tan hear. Taste was kindof weird. But it was still good.
