Classic witbier, hazy amber appearance with a white head. Aromas of coriander and citrus with a malt backbone, flavor is similar. Solid summer session brew. joshwoodward (575) - - OCT 8, 2013
From a bottle. Good spiciness, round but refreshing, creamy and delicious. Orange flavor. cheap (6008) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 13, 2011
My bottle says wit ale but there is very little, if any, rude ale in this brew. From the twist off cap start to the finsh a very good experience. Nice tubby bottle pours without an issue, very nice. Smell is a little tart. Taste is unique and nice, lovely actually. Sour wild beer ecfects that are just so pleasant. Really nice CO2 and a certainty that this is wit beer, though not really its color. Very nice tartness that comes across almost like a sour soda, yeah! Glad I got to try this one! Would not hesitate to purchase again. weihenweizen (4042) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - JUL 24, 2012
Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours rich orange that fades to deep golden top and bottom with small white head. Good lacing, well carbonated, and citrus aroma. Taste is orange, lemon, and some coriander. Good rich flavor. phaleslu (10551) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 26, 2010
12 oz. bottle from The Party Source. I’ve seen some six packs around Cincy lately, but this wasn’t one of them so I had to pick up a single and try it for myself. Pours a cloudy orange-gold with an out of control eggshell white head that is like a volcano out of the glass. It finally settles into a film on the beer without any lacing. Aroma of orange peel, coriander, wheat, orange and lemon citrus, spices, hops, pepper, and yeast. Flavor of orange citrus, wheat, yeast, pepper and other warming spices, bready malts, coriander, and tart apple. Medium-bodied, with active carbonation and a crisp, juicy mouthfeel. This is an excellent witbier.

Picked up a single 12 ounce bottle of this in the cooler at the Party Source. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a hazy golden/orange color with a half inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both average. The brew smells like orange peel, coriander, wheat and a bit of tart apple and vinegar which was a surprise. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, and the tart/vinegar flavor is still a bit noticable. I don’t think this beer is supposed to have that tartness in both the flavor and aroma, but I think it actually works with this beer well. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it seems a bit thicker than most wits I’ve tried in the past. I liked this bottle, and I want to try this again soon. Onslow (1521) - Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA - FEB 18, 2012
Pour from a 12 oz bottle. Cloudy orange brew with a fizzy head that settles down to a persistent small head. Aroma of corriander, orange, spice, wheat, - light an aromatic, very reshing and clean. Taste is a little sweet at the start, then orange, spice, corriander, lemon zest, tart fruit, a bit of wild yeasitness and bitter wheat.. Very complex a well crafted. Maybe a bit restrained, but I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Maddog (528) - Kettering, Ohio, USA - JUN 19, 2010
Draft at Dilly Deli in Mariemont, OH. Surprisingly good and refreshing from this new, small brewery from Cincy. The pour was golden with a fresh aroma of fruit and yeast. The flavors were fresh with fruit, yeast, citrus and spice. A very tasty and refreshing beer.
