A beer so enticing you may think it’s nectar from the gods. The name "Hala Kahiki" (Hah-lah-kah-hee-kee), originates from the Hawaiian words for pineapple. Feel the way it rolls off your tongue? Our sweet and refreshing beer will take you away...have a sip...grab a lei!

12oz can, a pineapple beer, in my quest for odd fruit flavored beers, I must try this too.. nose is weird pils type with slight hints of pineapple, but definitely not pungent. taste is more of the same, slight hints of pineapple like you would smell if you walked within 10ft of someone eating some.. mostly pils taste, light and bubby with the coloration of pineapple juice but a lot more lively.

Pours pale yellow and cloudy with a fluffy white head. Kind of looks like a wit. Pineapple juice on the nose and tongue. Reminds me of a hard cider.

Very milky yellow colored pour. Big white head that sticks around for a good while. Some lacing left behind. Smells like pineapple juice. Taste is pineapple, fresh cut pineapple. Very nice, but strange.

Pours a very pale yellow with a white head. The aroma is all pineapple, the best part of the beer for me. The flavor is like pineapple juice. A little too much for me. Very thin finish. Not for me.

Pours a pale yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma predominantly pine apple. Taste is a bit like a wine cooler. Strong sweet and then tart notes but not enough of a malt bill to make it taste like craft beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From the can. The aroma is sweet pineapple juice. The taste is overly sweet pineapple juice. Is this beer?

Pineapple and coconut aroma and flavors. Very light yellow, almost clear bodied beer. Surprisingly flavorful, refreshing and unique.

Nephilium (1821) - Cleveland, Ohio, USA - AUG 4, 2013
Very strong aroma of pineapple. Pours a pale yellow, with lots of carbonation and no head. There are visible chunks floating around in the beer, I’m not sure if they’re pineapple pieces or coagulated proteins. The taste is more of a pineapple pop then a beer, there’s just a thin malt presence to let you know this is a beer. If you like pineapple a lot, you may enjoy this beer, otherwise, stay far away from it.

On tap at Devil’s Den. Clear straw with a spotty white head. Nose is pineapple, grain and subtle grass. Medium light with foamy carb. Taste is pineapple and pastry dough. Too sweet to be refreshing. Needs some hopping to balance.

Pours like a blend of mountain dew and sprite. Almost no head. Aroma is of pineapple. As is flavor. Go figure. Surprised by this one. Not bad.
