Guest tap @ Point Ybel Brewery.
Woah, wow, woah, woah.
Golden yellow with a very light head and a solid lace. Aroma is almost straight oats with a lot of citrus fruit. Tastes like straight capitain crunch. flat oily body. This is juice not beer. conway (2210) - - NOV 27, 2014
Can. Pretty much pineapple juice start to finish with a really unpleasant funk in the taste. Not good. Palidor19 (3193) - Brandon, Florida, USA - SEP 9, 2014
This more like a malt beverage than a fruit beer. Pineapple taste is the true dominate flavor. Light tasting that is refreshing

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a straw yellow color with a tiny white head. The head fades quite fast leaving a small amount of lace on the sides of the glass
Smell- The aroma is heaviest of a pineapple which largely dominates the smell. Mixed with it however are some detectable notes of some tangerine and banana.
Taste – The taste begins very sweet upfront and remains that why throughout. The sweet is largely of pineapple juice with some lighter amounts of a tangerine, orange, and tropical fruit flavors of papaya and banana. Toward the end the pineapple flavor grows even stronger in intensity giving a very pineapple juice like flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is very thin and watery giving the brew a rather refreshing taste when mixed with the sweeter flavors of pineapple and other tropical fruits. The higher level of carbonation that is present is very nice for the sweet and crisp taste of the brew with the combination of carbonation and thickness making for a rather refreshing feel overall.
Overall - The brew has a nice pineapple juice flavor, but is almost too much like pineapple juice for me. It is sweet and refreshing, but not really what I am looking for in a beer. It tastes very much like a sweet hard pineapple juice JStax (7179) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - SEP 7, 2014
12 ounce can poured into a snifter. Pours a pale, hazy yellow with a white head of foam that dissipates down to a thin layer. The aroma is funky, musty, metallic pineapple. Kind of like what you get from the canned pineapple juice you can buy. The taste is pretty much the same as the aroma, but its a little more of the pineapple rind. Medium carbonation and a somewhat prickly mouthfeel. Not an overly enjoyable beer, but not a drainpour either.

12oz can. Poured a hazy yellow color with a white head. Juicy pineapples - pineapple juice. I’m not too crazy about pineapples, but if you are, you would probably like this a bit more than me. ganache (6057) - New Jersey, USA - AUG 31, 2014
12 oz can. Nose is pineapple juice and sugary Belgian fruit beer mess, Pours lightly hazy but very pale yellow with strong carbonation and a very white, clinging head. Taste very sugary-sweet, OK cloying, with some jolly ranchers and jammy berry alongside the strong pineapple. Not sure about artifice vs nature. Crisp full body, slightly slimy/wheaty, dash of malt here and there, surprisingly isn’t making me wretch! Which is a compliment here.douglas88 (9632) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 27, 2014
This one does taste really fresh despite being an old can, and I’d probably have another - definitely enjoyed this one!
This is actually pretty good. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a small white head. A big fruity pineapple nose. Bready straw base, massive sweet pineapple juice. Sugary. Fine for what it is. Travlr (26127) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 27, 2014
Draft. Hazy to cloudy yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of pineapple. Taste is pineapple soda. More soda than beer. bottleforager (3208) - Gray, Maine, USA - AUG 23, 2014
Pours a pale golden color with a finger of gaseous foam. Nose is straight pineapple juice with a hint of cracker malt. Palate follows and is pretty sweet and full of pineapple... it ebbs and flows from decent to not very good. Lots of kolsch qualities with pure pineapple juice up front.
