UPDATED: JUN 1, 2011 sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a hazy bright pineapple-golden color with a trace of a white head. The aroma was faint sweet and tangy pineapple. The flavor was strong sweet pineapple with a tangy and tart undertone. The finish was long with tangy pineapple. The mouthfeel was moderately thick. One dimensional but oh what a dimension. Lovely. It’s pineapple beer! Whatever mad genius thought this up deserves a nobel prize. Pours like a Hefeweizen with a thin white head. You definitely get the big pineapple on the nose. You also get tge big pineapple on the tongue. The miracle here, and what separates this stuff from champale, is the fact it isn’t the least bit cloying. Well done! Tap at mellow mushroom. Amazing summer brew. Pour is way weak and that's the only drawback. Nose is pure pineapple. Notes of biscuit but domination by pineapple here. No hiding the pineapple. I'd definitely do it again.

If you like pineapple juice then this is your summer brew. Very distinctive citrus and pineapple flavor, plus aroma that’s all pineapple. this could be a morning drink, (heck, it’s noon somewhere in the world). Someone who doesn’t care for beer may love this fruity beer. For me, one glass was satisfying, then on to the real beers. The_iMan (14) - New York, USA - APR 26, 2014
So i didn't realize that this was a pinnapple beer. but wow it is a really sweet delicious beer. Probably best with dessert.

Light yellow color, white head, pineapple scent. Good flavor with pleasant aftertaste. I had a friend who used this for beer can chicken. That'll be great too, but I'm thinking a scorching hot summer day will fill the ticket for the five remaining! Beerman6686 (6607) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 10, 2012
This poured a hazy yellow color, pretty reminiscent of Pineapple juice, with a white ead. Aroma was pineapples, lemon zest, and wheat. Flavor was again lots of pineapple, not artificial at all, with nice grainy malt notes too. Different and impressive for this type of beer. keanex (1799) - Atco, New Jersey, USA - MAY 27, 2014

Appearance: Slightly hazy pale golden body with a short and quickly dissipating white head that forms a very thin coating with a creamy ring.
Aroma: Pineapple is very present with a slightly earthy edge to it. I’m getting very thirsty just smelling this.
Taste: Oh this is nice! Sweet pineapple without the tartness that pineapples can sometimes have. The rest of the beer is very bland, hints of malts, but I’m okay with that. This is a refreshing beverage with alcohol.
Palate: Full-bodied, lightly carbonated.
Overall: I am likely in the minority with this opinion, but I love this. It’s pretty much a bland base beer with pineapple juice, but fuck I’ll take it any day. Other people have their shandy’s, I’ll have this.
At Dorothy lane market. Pours clear bright yellow with no head. Immediate bright taste of pineapple that is cold and refreshing. Smooth with no aftertaste or lingering flavor except for a not quite sweet pineapple finish.

Clear golden with foamy Lacy white head with streams of bubbles rising through the glass; aroma is rich sweet fruit pineapple reminiscent of Southern Comfort; flava is tangy sweet and tart pineapple with slight hints of grainy wheatiness; feels light with nice fizzy liveliness; finishes sweet tangy pineappley
