Perfectly fine IPA that straddles the line with an APA. Easy drinking, with a mild, light malt backbone and a moderate amount of hops. Went well with pizza. Leighton (22823) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 9, 2016
Bottle at home in CT. Pours lightly hazy, deep orange-gold with w frothy, off-white head. The nose has some spicy pine, rindy citrus fruits, lightly toasted pale malts. Medium sweet flavor with crackery pale malts, some bitter pine, earth, orange rind. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish, with mellow resin, pine, crackers and bread, a little grass, melon, tangerine, more rind. Not bad. Tonkun (1306) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 18, 2015
Bottle. Bottled on 7/29/15. This has 7.2% alcohol. Clear and clean Amber pour with a nice white head. Citrus, resin, pine, grapefruit, caramel, Herb. Medium body. Refreshing body and carbonation. Long sweet bitter finish. Really well balanced and smooth. A straight forward but smooth IPA GIJOE (1258) - North Berwick, Maine, USA - MAY 31, 2015
Pours a golden amber with a thin white head. Sparse lacing. Nose is part pine and part grapefruit. Taste is appropriately bitter. Medium body. Lively carbonation. Decent brew. thornecb (6158) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - DEC 6, 2014
Pours deep amber into a snifter. White head quickly recedes to hug rim. Tropical fruit and resin aromas. Soft with dark caramel and mango upfront turning to citrus and resin in the lasting finish.

Mini-growler from Leary’s in Newburyport. A clear golden color. Thin white head. Good carbonation. Clean malty-spice aromas and flavors. Drinks more like a Pale Ale than a true IPA. Some pine, some citrus, with a light lingering bitterness. boto (2283) - Granby, Connecticut, USA - APR 29, 2014
Draught @ Michael’s Harborside: This one pours a clear, golden color. There was a thin white head that left some lacing. It has a fairly typical IPA nose: pine and grapefruit hops. They weren’t overpowering. Not much else coming thru. The taste is good. Sharp, but not overly bitter. Grapefruit hop taste is predominant. Could be a touch smoother, but not bad at all. mkgrenwel (619) - North Shore, Massachusetts, USA - APR 18, 2014
Dark pour. Amberish, but more brown than red. Golden highlights. Creamy off white head. Fresh dry hopped aroma. Pine and orange peel. Taste is on the malty side. Tons of caramel and pine. Good balance. This is just OK. Dime a dozen. radarsock (1223) - Massachusetts, USA - APR 3, 2014
Had on tap at the Grog earlier today. $5.50 for the full pint. Pours urine pale yellow with which a trim, whitish-ringed head 1 finger in length stood. Tastes and smells of cabbage, lime meat, cherry tomatoes, minerals, and aged hops. Musty and weird. Uninteresting, but drinkable. Meh: I’ve had worse. icehawk (876) - Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, USA - JAN 16, 2014
Growler from WillRunForBeer... thanks! Pours a clean straw color with nice foamy white head with good lacing. Awesome juicy citrus/grapefruit aroma... similar to sucks. Medium mouthfeel, pine up front with a mouthcoating resiny mouthfeel. Fairly bitter finish. Really appreciate the chance to try this one.
