Earthy slight sweet flavor, burnt caramel color with a light and very thin head, very bubbly but yet creamy smooth after taste. This Ale taste good both cold and room temp. When this Ale is consumed at room temperature it becomes very creamy.
Clear amber with a small head that goes away quickly. Floral aroma with honey and dried apricot. Flavor is a bit sweet, but not cloyingly so. There’s not much bitterness, not a lot going on in general. But it’s not bad either. I’d say this beer is an underachiever. scooterbub (1064) - Lander, Wyoming, USA - NOV 25, 2014
12 ounce bottle. Pours a golden amber with thin white head that lasts. Taste is of caramel, malt and corn. Similar aroma. Has a lighter body with a boozy finish. Reminds me of a malt liquor. lyndapeace (2) - Virginia, USA - SEP 13, 2014 does not count
It’s not amber at all just darker than their other ales. The head doesn’t stick around to long. Best out of wide mouth beer glass at dinner featuring seafood. Feels like soda in your mouth but the taste is decent. fordest (2470) - Santee/San Diego, California, USA - AUG 30, 2014
Not much to talk about. 12 oz bottle at a pool party. Little aroma was barely there. Flavor was better than a typical pale lager but not much. Blah Bulk_Carrier (6065) - Vermont, USA - APR 3, 2014
Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a slightly golden and not necessarily amber with a fair amount of bubbles and a head that disappears within seconds. It is mostly clear.
The smell had some pale malts with a good amount of sweetness to it, but are not overbearing.
The taste was pretty grainy has some of the pale malts come out.
On the palate, it sat highly carbonated, and because there is a good amount of bubbles they cause a good amount of burping. It is light bodied with a sweet finish.
Overall, it is not a bad beer, maybe one to get those friends who drink that malted stuff off of, would I get it again ...., unsure????

Dark Amber Color Huge Head, Some Lacing. Sweet, Honey, Corn, Caramel, Light Roast, Malt. Looks the closest to the style but not the taste. Watery and Bland Mediocre. Pass It... Braudog (6669) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JAN 5, 2013
Bottle. Pours more of a gold color than amber. Slightly funky "green bottle" nose, even though it didn’t come from a green bottle. DRinks with a bit of a corny taste, but is drinkable enough, cleanly made, and with a crisp finish. (#4888, 1/4/2013) reebtogi (6235) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 27, 2012
355ml bottle (4.5%ABV version) pours a pale amber color with a finger of white head that settles down to leave some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is caramel with hints of grass. Taste is a caramel malty sweetness with a light grassy hop bitterness. Leans a little more to the sweet side with a light body and modest carbonation. Nothing special and certainly not recommended. kwoeltje (2233) - Manchester, Missouri, USA - SEP 1, 2012
(bottle) light amber. Slightly sweet malt aroma. Flavor is sweet malt, hints of honey. Dragonfly1 (500) - Colorado, USA - AUG 7, 2012
Bottle. Disappointing! Very sweet, grainy, corny, with a sticky aftertaste. Reminds me of an N/A beer, which at least you know what you are getting into when you have one of those. This one though I’ll pass on. 5 more to go in the fridge, uh oh....
