341 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy straw tellow with smallish white head. Decent banana and coriander aroma, with a bit of citrus. Banana, clove and coriander and a slight citrus in the flavour. Slight bitterness in finish. Decent wit. Papillon (424) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 29, 2009
341 mL Bottle sampled Dec 24, 2009. Murky pale straw body with a soapy-bubbly white head. Aroma of yeast, ginger, orange peel, and innuendos of earth and cloves. Fruity-wheat flavor with a strong expression of cloves in the aftertaste. There is a subtle expression of bubblegum in the finish. Nice light bubbly feel in the mouth. Yeah, I’ll ride this horse again on a breezy sunny summer afternoon. probstblueribbon (4088) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 17, 2009
341 ml bottle from Trappe a Fromage, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass. thornecb (6055) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - AUG 16, 2009
App.: Bright, clear golden with a rim of white.
Aroma: Light earthy coriander and lemony citrus, some nice hay/wheat, yeast, a pungent note..., sweet floral honey, floral perfume, a little biscuit, old apple juice.
Palate: Medium body, fairly lively effervescence, a touch astringent.
Flav.: Cardboard, lemons, coriander, light wet hay, a touch of tropical fruit esters; dry with basically no bitterness and a light banana bread finish.
Enjoyable other than the cardboard.
Pours hazy gold into a tumbler. Bright white head slowly recedes to skim surface leaving slight spottting. Wheat and lemon aromas. Dry and wheaty from front to back. Tart lemon and orange citrus finish. RichardGretton (4784) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - AUG 1, 2009

Saint-James, Quebec City. Golden beer with an orange peel and dry aroma. The flavour is quite bitter fruity and off biitter. Overall a very average witbier.
A very nice wheat beer. Citrus nose. Taste is highly carbonated with orange, lemon. Taste is weaker than some wheat beers and that’s where this falls short. jimmay (815) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 30, 2009
660 ml bottle from grocery store in downtown Montreal. Pours dark straw colour, with nice prure white lacey head. Nice spicy, citrusy aroma. Taste is ame. light, fruity. Carbonation is plentiful, but fine. Nice white beer! heemer77 (5360) - Urbandale, Iowa, USA - JUN 20, 2009
Rating from 2006. From a bottle. The body was light cloudy yellow with a white head. The aorma had lemons and flowers with a hint of clove. The taste was orange peels with a little clove. There was also some red licorice and was a little bland over all. SFLpunk (134) - Burlington, Vermont, USA - JUN 14, 2009
341mL brown glass twist-top bottle. No date. From Super Marché Rahman in Montreal.
Appearance: Cloudy yellow brown, like lemonade with a splash of iced tea. Almost no head, but constant tiny white bubbles.
Nose: Simple and focused orange peel and light spice notes (yeast).
Palate: Medium bodied and sharp with some acid (citric). Flavors or lemon, sour orange and dried yeast. Moderately long and surprisingly nice finish.
Notes: A very focused attempt. Simple and solid. Would be killer with some spicy Thai or Vietnamese food. zebracakes (1339) - Washington DC, USA - MAY 31, 2009
Bottle 05.30.09. Pours cloudy yellow gold, white head. Aroma is spicy, funky, and musty. Flavor is coriander, citrus, sausage. I’m usually not a big fan of witbiers, but this one I like.
