341 ml bottle from Les Marchands de Bières (Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec) on January 23, 2014. White pale yellow, medium head., Very hoppy aroma, with hints of spicy wheat. A typical white, but really hoppy taste, bitter herbs. Another surprise from the brewery RJ!
Pours a hazy yellow with a billowy cream head. Aroma notes include citrus, lemon grass, peppery yeast. Tasting notes include grapefruit, Orange Peel, peppery yeast. Very light, and carbonated mouth feel. Tasty!! mabel (9787) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 24, 2017

I like the combination of belgian ale style with IPA. I hope I registered this beer correctly. This was part of of LCBO Spring 2017 arrivals. jercraigs (10886) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 6, 2017
2017-03-31. Hazy yellow orange body, giant foamy off-white head may be partly due to serving it warmer than I thought it was. Flavour is relatively spicey, what I think is a bit of coriander, or am I making assumptions? Moderate amount of bitterness throughout. Pleasantly wheaty base. Aroma is moderately fruity, coriander but I feel like I’m looking for it. Smooth average body, soft carbonation. Enjoyable but I was hoping for a bit more hops and more all around. Possibly a situation where it suffered from my hopeful expectations. 7/3-4/7/3/15-16 Bottle from the LCBO, Toronto. Daytona00 (163) - Quebec City, Quebec, CANADA - APR 1, 2017
341 ml bottle - Cheval Blanc Double Blanche. Golden color with a generous foamy head. 6,2% alcohol that is well hided. Nice beer, different than the famous orginale Cheval Blanc White.

750 ml bottle. Hazy yellow colour, thick and soapy white head. Fruity, wheaty-malty aroma with citrus and spicy notes. The flavour is malty, with wheat, citrus and yeasty notes, and a spicy, herbal hoppy finish. Tasty. Tricker (419) - Quebec, CANADA - SEP 26, 2016
Excellente ! Randy4Beer (515) - - AUG 6, 2016
Golden amber pour with a big billowing white head that takes a minute to settle down. Aromas of Belgian yeast and flowers. Tastes are of lemon, grass, spices, and a hint of vanilla. Fairly complex. Nice Belgian style IPA. JoeMcPhee (9549) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 18, 2016
Pale orange-yellow pour. Hazy with a thick white head. The nose is softly hoppy and lightly wheaty with a little bit of yeasty spice as well. Light tasting for a 6.2% beer.
