Well I really love apples in the fall and this aroma was a clear memory of apple orchards here in southern Ontario. After that it all kind of fell apart though. Looked like an apple cider with a cider-like taste but with a funky finish and a lack of character.

Beer and apples. Remind me a little of the apple Ephemere of Uniroue but whitout de Unibroue yeast. And that is good. Strong apple taste. Dry finish. Perfect beer for relaxing and watching Tv, or dinking outside alone in the summer.

Achet au mtro en format de 660ml et dgust dans un verre de blanche de chambly. Apparence jaune ambr au reflet orang avec peu deffervescence et aucune mousse. Odeur de pomme fraiche, rhubarbe et kiwi avec une touche de canelle et de levure. Got de pomme verte et levure avec une bonne gazfication et cest peu prs tout. Absolument rien de wow, mais quand mme une bire acceptable lors des soir chaude dt...

Bouteille-Ale fruit aux pommes, blond-dore trouble, bonne arme de pommes, raffraichissante, amer et sucr.--Bottle-Fruity ale apples, golden blonde very cloudy, good apples aroma, very refreshing, sour and sweet.
