COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop Quake is a 6.5% IPA measuring in at 63 IBUs brewed with Warrior, Cascade, Centennial and Columbus hops. Not too hoppy and not too heavy, it should be a good sipper for the increasingly warm South Carolina December.

I don't know why others rate this so low. Good IPA with decent aroma and taste ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle picked up locally from notes. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, caramel, toasted bread, light grapefruit citrus and resiny hops, not to the level of its name, very bland.

rollinsr (799) - Atlanta, GEORGIA - APR 17, 2017
Pours a slightly hazy gold color with a finger of white head. Aroma is tangerine citrus. Flavor has some bitter citrus but is also somewhat tangy and sour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Carmel and vanilla nose. Almost octoberfest like in front of palate. Hop flavors, aromas, bitterness are all but absent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from bottle. Aroma of sweet bread. Cloudy gold, thin head. Tasting grassy, piney, floral hops with wheat, hay, spice, yeast and vanilla. Feel is dry and earthy. Overall, not a bad IPA.

Pours a dark brown not much for aroma malt and caramel flavors still waiting for the hop quake cause there isn’t much hop flavor

Pencil shavings nose. Cloudy brown, floaties, thin yellow head. Pencil shavings and caramel, slightly smoky. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Rather an India Red than IPA. Stale, but nice malt character.

Bottle. Poured hazy copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Moderate hop and small sweet aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Moderate bittersweet flavor with a moderate bittersweet finish of medium duration.

bottle @ Jungle Jim’s / Eastgate OH --- Hazy medium amber color, out-of-control five finger ivory head, globs of lace. Taste is lightly toasted caramel malt that grows sweeter into a medium carbonated swallow, turning from there to clear, but mild, hops that linger deep into the finish. One of Rockers’ better offerings.
