Bomber from Capone’s. Pours chill hazy deep coppery orangy with 2-finger off-white head that laces well. Nose is black peppery and mangoey, with fruity hops. Tastes fruity, hoppy, with notes of pine, mango, pepper, and orange marmalade, although the flavor profile is not sweet, but more of a peppery fruitiness with some finishing florals and tannins. This one is solid. thunderhops (224) - Vermont, USA - NOV 9, 2012

Whole orange, apricot, and rosehip nose, strong. Hazy copper, thin yellow head, decent lacing. Flavor is decidedly less fruity, but still good. Orange and tea hop notes, roasted malt is prominent. Aspirin overtones throughout. Resinous bitter orange peel finish. When quaffed, the biting bitterness isn’t as noticeable. sonnycheeba (5988) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JUL 9, 2012

Bottle from State Line Liquors in Elkton, MD. Hazy light chestnut pour with a tall, rocky white head. Very little lacing. Lemon zest and roasted malt aroma. Flavor a bit all over the place with a dank hoppy note throughout. Milk chocolate and burnt caramel knocking around as well. Sticky texture and a harsh finish. Seems unbalanced. ben4321 (6510) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - MAR 30, 2012

Aroma: The nose has some (slightly chemically) caramel malts with some earthy and floral hops
Appearance: It pours a cloudy dark orange color with just a little bit of head and lightly scattered lace
Flavor: It tastes similar to the nose, less chemically though, balanced, sweet up-front and bitter finish
Palate: The body is light-medium, it has a fairly soft carbonation, a slightly creamy feel, and a dry finish
This one is fine, but it isn’t anything more then that. The nose is just a touch off, but the taste is slightly better. It wasn’t a standout for me.
