Very nice chestnut cloudy body topped with an honest beige head. Spicy nose with hints of citrus and herbs. The taste, dominated by spices and malt, also bears some hoppiness that gets more present in the final. I am pleasantly surprised by that one! jercraigs (10374) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 6, 2003
Pours a hazy dark amber. Aroma is yeasty with citrusy notes. A dry finish after sweet malt and yeast in the flavour. Kåstå (1273) - Mol, BELGIUM - SEP 5, 2003
Amber coloured with a small light brown head. Weak malty aroma. A simple but rather nice malty taste. Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 12, 2003
UPDATED: APR 11, 2004 Copper robe, malt and caramel bouquet. It's dry and short in mouth. Without being agressive, the roasted flavor from that beer is not appealing. austinpowers (2828) - San Francisco, California, USA - MAY 27, 2003
Mild and brown in color. I thought this was more of a brown ale due to its lack of bitterness. Not even enough hops to be an English-style brown ale, IMHO. Nice chocolate malt flavor pervades throughout!

Light hay in colour. Aroma is citrusy, yeasty. Flavour is yeasty, citrusy, a little nutty. Finishes slighty hoppy, bitter then dry. mrkimchee (1414) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 26, 2003
hazy golden orange, nice floaters. orangy sweet, yeasty aroma. malty, yeasty spice, and cotton candy flavours leading to a dry finish. daboskabouter (1470) - Fergus, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 23, 2003
Hazy dark orange color, spots of yeast. Nose is citrusy and orangey with hints of yeast and an unpleasant ketchup likeness. Body is yeasty and wheaty, although it doesn't contain wheat. Lightly bitter, the flavors blend nicely. Roli (405) - laval, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 31, 2002
