Tremblay is a pale lager made from an all-malt grist. The golden color, subtle bouquet and satisfying taste are the result of a delicate balance between malt and hop. Tremblay is a complex blend of fine aromas.

Le premier regard irrite, tous les autres soulève la nostalgie des moments passés à en trouvé la richesse et la savoir du Saguenay-Lac St-Jean...

Bottle, light yellow in color, white frothy head, medium lacing, aroma of yeast, nice citrusy, yeasty taste that ends in a subtle dry finish

Miguel (1181) - Saint-Ours, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 20, 2005
Robe blonde dorée très claire surmontée d’une mousse blanche épaisse. Arômes de malt. Saveurs de malt, de sucre et de lime.

rederic (3344) - montréal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 10, 2005
Bright pale yellow hue, with a frothy white head, with a floral bouquet of flower hops, pale malt aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a crisp pale malt note, soft lemony accent, leading towards a mild bitterness finish.

Boutip (6554) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 19, 2005
Bottle: Poured a clear yellow color lager with a nice bubbly head with average retention. Aroma of crisp hops is clearly identifiable and enjoyable. Taste is light and refreshing with a solid malt backbone for the style and fresh crisp hops at the end. Above average for the style and glad I got the chance to try this one fresh.

Volgon (2761) - Manchester, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 22, 2005
MdlB05: Yellow with a small white head, light bodied, cereal taste and a bit boring.

BroueNeault (158) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - APR 24, 2005
Typical pale lager, summer-beer style. Nothing exceptional, but does the job.

GregClow (3402) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 16, 2005
Pale straw yellow colour with a moderate white head. Aroma is sweet and malty. Flavour is primarily sweet as well, with a bit of honey, and some mild grassy hops in the finish. Not bad for the style, I suppose.

Lubiere (14182) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 27, 2005
Yellow golden lager with a thick head. Faint malt aroma. Crisp german style beer with faint diacetyl. Medium bodied. Draft at brewery. MIM 2005.
