bottle. Pale golden with one finger head. Light body, grass and grain. Medium hoppy kick with some citrusy goodness in the finish. Pretty decent IPL. These guys are solid.

Pour on tap, clear golden pour with what head, aroma brought notes of sweet fruit, lemon, orange, some slight yeasty notes, touch of bread. Taste was a mix of bitter orange peel, lemon, some herbal notes, touch of bread, finishing bitter, dry. Pretty tasty. koleminer20 (4261) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - SEP 1, 2017
On draft at Dan's Downtown Tavern. The pour is a golden orange with a thinner white ring of head and a couple spots of lace as it falls. The aroma is pretty heavily dominated by malts and sweetness. There is a little bit of a skunky ditch weed happening, and I'm not overly happy about any of it. THere is a strong bitter hop on the back end that messes with everything. The flavor is really weird. The sweet malts up front work through a nicely bitter hoppiness, but the funk comes through and just takes this thing for a loop. It's all over the place. The mouth feel is watery and sharp with a lack of carbonation and a strangely syrupy thing happening. I don't care for this one at all. 6 4 5 3 12 chucklemation (1816) - Royal Oak, Michigan, USA - JUL 29, 2017
Pours a pale yellow with a white foam head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops with bread malts. Flavor is similar, more on the sweet side. Has some carbonation and a smooth body. Not bad. jgb9348 (6654) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - JUL 3, 2017
Crisp, very clear golden coloured body with a peach and orange glow and a thinnish tan head, about a centimetre or two tall. Aroma of grass, light biscuity malt with some honey and grain and a finish of pure hops - more on the grassy and herbal side, but very pungent and high in alpha acids. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and very tropical fruity hops dominate at first with a large bitterness and a dry finish, all with a light but neutral malt backbone, which is nice for a lager and a mellow yet noticeable sweetness near the end. Aftertaste is dry, hoppy, floral and showing some good tropical fruit notes. Overall, a very nice lager and a great beer for the season - this is my first from the brewery, and I sampled it very fresh, but this was highly enjoyable and well worth trying to find if you can grab it! I sampled this stubby twelve ounce bottle purchased from Siciliano’s in Grand Rapids, Michigan by my dad on 13-June-2017 for US$1,69, sampled at home on the Eastern Shore in Pungoteague, Virginia on 02-July-2017 - Thanks Dad!

12 ounce bottle into lager glass, bottled on 5/8/2017. Pours crystal clear medium golden/yellow color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper, pine, biscuit, light honey/toast, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper, pine, biscuit, light honey/toast, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus peel/grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon/orange peel, pine, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Very clean and lager flavors, with zero yeast notes present. Light-moderate dryness from lingering bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, bready/grainy/sticky, and slightly resinous balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.3%. Overall this is an outstanding IPL! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink. Very juicy, dank, and vibrant on hops; nice malt backbone with no residual sweetness. Never overly aggressive on bitterness. A highly enjoyable offering.
