A few years back, some friends and family formed our own "confederation" to enjoy making some delicious ales. In your hand is our first born Amber Ale. With a gentle malty sweeetness, and a perfectly balanced finish, it has that immeasurable ingredient....soul! Formerly known as: Robert Simpson Confederation Amber Ale

Tried it on tap at Montana’s after watching Guardian of the Galaxy vol.2. First Flying Monkeys I try, hopefully others will be better.

12fl oz bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. 15-04-2017.
BBD: not seen.
In short: metalic amber lager wannabe.
Did i like it: no way.
Pours little hazy amber with nice off white head. Moderate head retention, little lacing. DMS nose, caramel, malty, little fruity. Light to medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is metalic, plain and straightforward, some malty, little bitterness. Lacks complexity, seems more like and industrial amber lager. Poor.

kaserov (682) - Oviedo, SPAIN - APR 14, 2017
Color dorado anaranjado, translúcido, con capa de espuma blanca de dos dedos de grosor (retención pobre). Carbonatación media tirando a mínima (dos o tres tubos de burbujas). Textura acuosa. Aroma a grano y caramelo. Sabor que sigue totalmente al aroma, sin matices interesantes. Final acuoso y regusto y postgusto inexistentes. Se acerca más a una Lager que a una Amber Ale, bajo mi punto de vista. Bebible pero flojita.

Solid Beverage. One off for me. Haven’t had too many products from this brewery.

Turtles (2575) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 26, 2016
355ml bottle from Systembolaget, Hornstull. Almost clear golden with a small white head, good lacing. Malty aroma, lots of bread, grains, burnt caramel and burnt sugar. Smooth sweet mouthfeel. The taste is malt-focused, bread, bread, bread and some biscuits. Sweet finish, almost no bitterness.

oh6gdx (26482) - Vasa, FINLAND - FEB 25, 2016
Bottled. Amber colour with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma is bready malts, caramel, some herbs and mild grass to it. Flavour is quite similar, but also has some wooden and mild crisp mild toasted toffeeish notes to it.

olsvammel (7220) - Örebro, SWEDEN - DEC 4, 2015
smeSample at Örebro Öl & Whisky 2015. Fruity smell with pale bread. Similar taste. Clean and drinkable.
