citrus, golden, cloudy, minimal head, light sweetness, medium bitterness, light body, thin feel, average carbonation,

a nice drink but would you expect anything else from a robinsons beer?

Looks like a lager, tastes like an ale. A great summer drink for sitting in the garden with. Hugely happy but a lowish and makes its very drinkable.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Low carbon, no real head. Slightly vanilla with straw and some hops. Watery taste with an unpleasant bitter finish. The hoppy start saves that one.

Bottle bought at Morrisons in Newport. Pours out in deep golden colour with low head and flat body. Aroma of light hops and barley. Taste of very mild hops, flowers, mild citrus fruits and light white bread. Mild finish. Solid ale.

My ratings are probably a touch higher than usual for this ale, but it’s one of the first which kick started my interest. Easy drinking, pretty light and one I wouldn’t mind over an extended period. Light amber, smooth with low carbonation and a somewhat citrus to taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500ml bottle from Tesco. Drunk as part of an all day session so only a basic rating.

Bottle from morrisons. Golden amber beer with medium frothy head. Aroma of pale malts and cereal grain. Taste is biscuit malts, light citrus and a little hop bitterness. Below par.

500ml Bottle, 3.8% ABV. Pours a golden colour with a good white head that dissapates quite quickly. Strong hop aroma that is not overpowering in the taste. An easy drinking ale.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2015 Clear, golden color. Small head that fades quickly and leaves minimal lacing.
Nice, balanced aroma. Some earthy hops and bready malts. Nothing special.
Taste is disappointing. A bit of malt in the front, some zesty, lemony flavor in the middle and a dry aftertaste.
Light and soft body with medium carbonation. No alcohol presence at all.

Overall I didn’t enjoy this beer. It looks and smells fine but it really lacks some taste.

A mid amber gold coloured beer with a frothy white head. A strong aroma of grassy hops, pithy citrus fruit and a cereal maltiness. Dry mouthfeel. A tart hoppy taste, citrus fruit, grassy and slightly metallic, is followed by a biscuity malt flavour that tempers the hoppiness into the finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
