COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer, the oldest of the three Rochefort Trappist beers, has the reddish colour of autumn leaves, a soft body and an earthy, herbal palate (a hint of Darjeeling tea), which develops into a deep fruitiness.

Czerwone owoce, przyprawy, szlachetny alkohol. Srednie cialo, niska goryczka, wysokie wysycenie. Nieco lepsze niz 8, zaskoczenie.

Bottle at Budapest. Cloudy brownish-copper with beige head. Sweetish aroma with notes of fruit cake, spices, yeasts, caramel and milk chocolate. Sweet and spicy flavor with notes of yeasts, milk chocolate, caramel and cookies, alcoholic. Medium to full-bodied.

Goede koolzuurprikkel. Medium volmondig. Afdronk: licht bitterzoet.

Figs, some chocolate or marzipan in there as well, plums, I see you with the Darjeeling tea. Very volatile head. Phenomenal balance, not too sweet, not tiring at all.

W aromacie ciemne i czerwone owoce. Trochę przypraw. Jest też karmelowa słodycz. W smaku podobnie jak w aromacie. Przyjemny karmelowy finisz. Przyjemnie się pije.

tlyx (102) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUL 6, 2017
