Previously known as "Unnamed Triple". A golden hue and malty body thinned a bit by the 8% abv. In the background is a light handed kettle addition of fresh sliced ginger root. Entertaining suggestions: pair with some flavor packed fruits such as thin mango slices and fresh peeled pineapple wedges. Try an unusual food pairing of a Chinese shrimp lo mein dish. The ginger complements the shrimp and noodles while the 8% abv will refresh your palette.

Bulk_Carrier (6065) - Vermont, USA - MAY 29, 2017
Poured into a chalice, the appearance was a ruddy burnt golden slightly amber color with a slight orange hues along the sides of the glass. Slim cap of a little white head quickly dissipated and left no lace.
The aroma had the ginger bold and spicy up front encasing some floral/herbal/grassy sweetness to the bottom of the nose. Slight woody and vanilla components came out. Light apricot further underneath.
The flavor was spicy initially through the ginger. Sweet malty cleanliness played with the wood and vanilla. Apricot sweetness underneath. Aftertaste was the ginger and the malts. Finish was just a touch sticky sweet.
The palate was almost medium bodied, seemed to sit just a touch under. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, I liked it for me, but the ginger seemed to overpower the Tripel qualities.

Bottle. Well-bodied, overly beefy pour for a triple (poor spelling there, Rock Art). This has a super, American fruit-salad-at-the-all-you-can-buffet kinda appeal ... overpoweringly sweet, syrupy and (did I say?) sweet. Not loving it. (#6160, 3/29/2016)

Bottle. Pours a golden honey color with a frothy thick white head. Head recedes to a thick film. Nose is stinky malts, dirty, with earthiness, and a light touch of spice. Palate is bites with a light sting in the finish, though clean. Flavors of light spice, ginger, lemon, freshness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Slightly hazy copper coloured body with a light orange glow and a nice, relatively fast-dying tan head. Aroma of alcohol, yeast, coriander seed, curacao, full oranges, tons of wheat and a lot of nice sugars. Full-bodied; Strong yeast and wheat flavour at first with a lot of orange, curacao, coriander seed and a bit of a banana and bready type flavour. Aftertaste shows a bit of the yeast, some sugars and a hint of bubble gum - very nice. Overall, relatively potent and a nice beer for the style - good flavour and a nice subtle difference than most other trips. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 09-September-2012 for US$5.55 sampled at home in Washington on 30-October-2012.

Pours deep golden with head. Smells pleasant ginger yeasty. ABove average mouthfeel and carbonation. Ginger snap, bold ginger flavour, with yeast cushioning the finish. Good flavour though not overtly drinkable or complex.

Pours deep gold into a tulip. Off-white head with medium retention recedes leaving scant spiders to skim surface. Ginger and sour caramel aromas. Thick with sweet caramel and toffee upfront turning to mild ginger in the medium length finish.

22oz bottle in a Trappist glass. Pours copper with a lacy, cream-colored head. Aroma of spicy yeast, lots of caramel malts, a little ginger, and some hops. Flavor the same with the ginger blending nicely. Average texture. A pretty good beer.

Brandman (2963) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAY 23, 2012
Hazy golden body, white head. Aroma of apricot, wheat, rubber and some toast. Flavour is quite boring fruits and some yeast at the finish.
Not my favourite at all.

22 oz bottle from Julio’s Liquors’. Used a pint. Cloudy gold in color with sizable soapy type head. Nose is lots of fruit esters. Lots of fruit with sweet malt. Ginger is an afterthought and not real noticeable until it got real warm. Maybe I have been hit with the “power of suggestion” Because I taste mango. A decent wheat/ yeast body. Little bit of sugar. Not a traditional Tripple however, I enjoyed this. A good summer quencher. ABV is not detectable at all.

650 ml bottle. From Brooklyn, NY. Courtesy of Brandman.

Cloudy orangey golden colour with dense white creamy head.
Belgian yeast, wheat and rubber in aroma.
Flavour is very much wheat beer like. Belgian yeast, mild bitterness, rubber,
I guess this needs those mentioned fruits and shrimps. I couldn’t find the ginger. Mild spices in aftertaste.
