Draught at Brewery (10/7/08)-Poured a light amber with a small white head. Aroma of light hops. Taste of hops, malt, caramel, and light citrus. Finishes dry. This medium bodied brew was not bad.
On tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear golden-yellow color with a half inch thick white head faded to a layer and left some spotty lacing. Aroma consists of a light piny hoppiness, flowery hops, citrus (lemon and orange), and honey. Smooth, lightly bitter entry with some light pine and lemon that leads into an earthy, bitter hop hit with some caramel undertones that linger into a lightly fruity finish. Light, crisp carbonation and average mouth feel. Overall, a solid pale ale that is a tad on the hoppy side, although that certainly isn’t a bad thing. jb43 (1650) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - SEP 12, 2009

Pours a yellow-orange, somewhat hazy. Head is white like salt crust, long-lasting. Smells like pine cones, malt, lightly. Taste is balanced, wet, straw, pine cone hops, grapefruit, wehat. Dry spicy finish. Not bad. thenick (766) - North Bellmore, New York, USA - DEC 24, 2007
Tap @ Arlington location. Pours a pretty light color with a small head. Citrus hops dominate the nose, and I noticed the same throughout the taste as well. Clean beer, easy on the palate, finish is pretty dry, if weak. Not a bad pale ale. RSRIZZO (2009) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - NOV 15, 2007
Had this beer at the All Colorado Beer Fest on 11/10/2007. Aroma is a bold hop scent. Color is a dark gold with good carbonation and a thick tight head. Taste comes in on a light body with very little malt and a mild hop flavor and bitterness. This is a clean and refreshing pale. OldMrCrow (2444) - Seattle, Washington, USA - DEC 9, 2006

Pours surprisingly light yellow with a small head. The centennial hops bring out a soft lime and lemon aroma that comes through in a gentle and well-matched flavor. This one has a creamy mouthhfeel, very clean with a nice dry finish. This is a good APA that doesn’t try to be an IPA.
Draught. Pours hazy-cloudy amber with an off-white head and good lacing. Caramel malt aroma, pine and citrus hop bouquet, fruity and very inviting. Hoppy, moderately bitter and acidic lasting flavor, caramel malt body. Medium bodied and fizzy, spicy palate.
