A nice hint of rye in there with a bitter finish. Pours an amber in color with little head but leaves a good trace of lacing down the glass as you drink. dm9831 (1512) - Monee, Illinois, USA - OCT 22, 2010
orange color, no head but tiny lacy bubbles cling to side of glass. pretty much just air in the nose, with perhaps a trace of grain and hops. flavor is more pronounced, with a nice bitterness. medium bodied, bitter finish. pretty nice. sampled at rockfest 2010. NobleSquirrel (3438) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 28, 2010
Sampled at Rockfest. Pours a hazy copper with a fluffy white head. Nose is distinct spiciness of rye with nice American C-hop character. Clean malt notes, perhaps a bit of grain dust. On taste, very fresh and clean bitterness with more of the citrus hop notes and delicate rye bread. finishes dry due to the rye. Quite well balanced and good.
