3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the Rock Bottom in KoP. On the menu as ’Maximus’. Poured a dark and cloudy brown color with a very small off white head. Aromas and tastes of cloves, wheat, and caramel. Listed as 7.6 % but would have never guessed it was that strong. The aroma actually smelled like B-B-Q sauce. I even asked my wife and she agreed. Lightly sweet.

Had this at the King of Prussia, Pa location. This was called the "Maximus" at this RB. Good beer. Malt and wheat flavor was matched very well.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Very malty and deliciously wheaty, only with more malt than a traditional german wheat might have. One of Rock Bottom’s better offerings. Legit.
