Un-Muzzling Olde Muzzlehatch Ratings, #66. Draught sample at the brewpub, August 2008. Opaque dark yellow-gold, with a decent-sized but weak and fast-decaying head...nose very faint at first, mildly citric, not really any apparent yeast aromas...body lemon-lime, a little thin but not damagingly so, mineralic at the finish, tart verging on sour. On tap, as part of a tasting tray enjoyed while patiently waiting out a weather delay in the airport enroute to Chicago.Pale lemony yellow, scant head. Spicy aroma, wheaty, lemony accents. Spicy tart palate, but a little thin. radioseer (299) - Virginia, USA - APR 13, 2011
No head, golden color. Aroma is of lemon lime citrus, notes of corriander, cloves and bannana. Taste of medium to heavy sweetness and light bitterness. Citrus finish, soft carbonation and light body arminjewell (9585) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - NOV 8, 2010
Hazy yellow white head. Aroma is phenols, esters, some clove and touch of biscuit. Taste is similar, with esters in the forefront and bread in the finish. Not bad, but nothing too exciting about it. BVery (10327) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - DEC 11, 2009
Tap at MSP. Light gold pour. Nice spicy and yeasty nose. Light mouthfeel. Easy drinking and tasty.

Draft sample at MSP.
Poured hazy yellow color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium spicy citrus and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet spice flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.
Interesting refreshing brew. Lubiere (13796) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 15, 2009
Blonde ale with a thin white head. A pleasant sweet berry aroma. In mouth, a sweetish grassy wheat ale with light banana notes. Light bodied. On tap at MSP location, Jan 24 2009. beastiefan2k (3948) - HdG (past: NYC, KS, Rain City), Maryland, USA - JAN 21, 2009
Sampler at MSP airport, labeled just "Wheat" but definitely a Belgian Wit, so I will rate it here. This was of course the first in the sampler and it was the first I rated. It looks very nice, a very hay, almost dirty, straw-golden color with radiant edges. Araom is spot on for Wit with lots of lemon and coriander and a touch of Belgian yeast dough. Taste is thicker with more coriander coming through. It has a cool and original, almost fuzzy mouthfeel to it, I enjoyed it tremendously. BustedFlat (554) - Edina, Minnesota, USA - NOV 21, 2008
From a sampler on 10/17/08 at the Minneapolis airport. Cloudy yellow in appearance. Aroma - light yeast. This one was rather bland. Some banana and light spices, but overall just basically a common American wheat ale.

Sample at the MSP location. This beer pours a hazy yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Stringy lacing on the glass. Mild spices and wheat in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of wheat and light fruit and spices. The finish is clean and fruity with a short wheaty aftertaste. Rather humdrum overall.
