On tap. Pours a very pale semi-cloudy yellow with a sparse amount of wispy white head. Light aromas of banana and a bit of vegetal coriander are most noticeable. Light bodied, watery mouthfeel with an undercarbonated texture. Quite watery, without a whole lot of malt depth or caramelization going on. A bit of creamy wheat and banana phenols, but a watery, dry finish of vegetal coriander washes any texture away unpleasantly for the final smack. Draught at Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport. Pours hazy and cloudy pale yellow with spare fizzy white head and fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (straw, hay, meal), average hops (flowers, celery), heavy yeast (dough) with notes of lemon, corriander and banana. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness; wheat and grass. Light bodied, fizzy and spicy texture, average carbonation and metallic finish. Minneapolis. Mostly murky and pale straw yellow in color with a thin creamy white film on top and seeping, weeping white lace. Aroma has a souring lemon lime persona with a touch of pale honey and sweetened corn chex. Cloves give an herbaceous underbelly white simultaneously jettisoning and turning with lemon rind hugging the corners. Cool, bready ambiance for flavor. Doughy, lightly peppered vanilla sweet rolls. Gentle carbonation calls out the smooth going, pre-sucked on lemonheads while a Belgian-esque honey graham gives grain its grounding. Sweet wheat and lemon baguettes wrap around for a moderately titillating finish.
