Served in a snifter at the brewpub, this has a hazy caramel body with a ring in lieu of a head. The aroma is a bit boozey with the Bourbon, has a light malty sweetness, and a soft touch of peaches. The flavor has the additional easy touch of sourness with a quiet floral bitterness. The peaches return in the finish. Another solid sipper from Iain Wilson, ideal for the current weather.
