COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named in honor of the November full moon, Snow Moon is a traditional take on this Belgian style. This brew is pale golden in color with a light body, a sweet, spicy aroma and flavor and a flavorful yet dry finish. And at 10% alcohol it will help take the edge off of the impending winter weather and holiday shopping.

This poured a clear yellow color with a white head. Aroma was lots of yeast and wheat, some belgian candy sugar, light spices, and alcohol. Flavor was very hot, overpowering the subtlties underneath. Still some sweetness and spicess there but a bit too boozy.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2011 Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark apricot color with a trace off white head that left no lacing. The aroma was sweet sugar, bread, cake frosting and candied peaches and pears. The flavor was sweet and tangy with fairly strong candied apricots, peaches and pears and a strong table sugar element with notes of bread and alcohol underneath. The finish was long and tangy with lingering candied golden fruits. Full bodied. Excellent.
