Very golden and crisp. Fizzy. Smells like corn. Very average kolsch. Drank on tap at Rock Bottom.

Pours a straw from the tap, strong wheaty/sweetbread flavor, but rather bittersweet finish. Very light. Good beer.

Clear golden color, small white head. Light fruity aroma. Light bodied. Sweetish malty, a bit flowery brew. Light palate and body. Well brewed in style.

Angeloregon (2055) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 3, 2008
On tap at Horse Brass--Poured a clear straw body with a tiny white head. Nose of cereal grains and mild citrus. Medium bodied, light, crisp, slightly floral. Sweet and finished mildly dry. Very nice!

On tap at Portland location.Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of grain and some lemon. Flavor also has notes of grain, citrus/lemon and then an unexpected presence of caramel and floral hops. Finish is pretty hoppy for a kolsch. Medium body with subtle carbonation. Not bad.

3fourths (9358) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUL 22, 2005
Bright yellow color and clear. Fresh tasting but still a little on the our side. Grainy and punchy, dry I guess. Soda-like texture with a little crisp bite but it’s too grainy. Lager-like and plain.

on tap at rock bottom in portland. makes their pale lager seem exciting. really thin, no sign of bitterness, just a hint of raw sugar flavour

duff (5486) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 15, 2004
[email protected] Bottom, Portland. This was a pretty bad kolsch, pretty much no flavour except some slight melony flavours at the start. Really grainy, thin and light.
