Draft at the brewpub and a growler at home. Nose is rich with ripe fruity bananas, with some light wheat and yeast notes. Murky darker yellow with a big very pale yellow head. Flavor is ripe bananas and yeast with light sweet note. A very goood hefe with tons of fruity esters. KimJohansen (10492) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - JUL 18, 2010
Hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Yeasty aroma with banana and wheat notes. Flavour had wheat, yeast and banana. Typical stuff really. AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - MAR 4, 2010
Hazy dark golden color/ white head. Nice nutty banana bread aromas. medium body. Rich nutty banana bread flavors with mild tart wheat. good. BelgianBeerGal (4066) - Panama City, Florida, USA - FEB 14, 2009
Draught at brewery. Better than expected honestly. Assuming this is the correct brew since every brewery locations seems to call it something different. Very cloudy pour that was more brown than typical. Normal hefe aroma and flavour of citrus and spice. Very refreshing. alexanderj (3605) - Branson, Missouri, USA - FEB 10, 2009
On tap at brewery. Dull, straw gold in color. Aroma of banana, clove and wheat. Better aroma than flavor. Flavors of banana, straw, wheat, with a hint of spice. A bit watery. Forgettable, but not bad.

Board just sed hefe. Very sheaty aroma, lots of banana in the flavor, but the banana and wheat are just right. A pretty good finish. Quite pleasantly surprised. can8ianben (1545) - State College, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 27, 2008
My favourite of the beer they had on tap while we were there. Very nice fruity notes, subtle spice, and just overall a very balanced offering. Cloudy and yellow, not too fizzy, no head to speak of. BückDich (5464) - McCall, Idaho, USA - FEB 28, 2006
Draft: Called just Hefeweizen. Golden orange color, good carbonation. Nose of toasted wheat, light banana and some clove. The flavor has a good level of hallertau hops, creamy wheat body and a bit of off-notes in the finish and light overall compared to the originals but this is decent. Perhaps less wheat ratio in the grist. TipsyMcStager (1139) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 12, 2005
Citris and banana aroma. Pours a cloudy yellow, thin head. Yeast and banana flavours. Could have used some more sourness. Still, you could proabably pound back alot of these bad boys. GregClow (3402) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 19, 2005
Draught sampler. Cloudy orange-yellow. Spicey nose with lemon and yeast notes. Creamy body, nice. Flavours of citrus, coriander and yeast. Seemed to have a bit of Belgian character. Tasty, though.
