This golden to straw-colored Ale is light in body and brewed with two-row malted barley, Perle and Tettnang hops. Brewed in the Menninger family tradition, this refreshing Ale pairs well with salads.

Aroma is moldy bread, corn, musky wheat. A decent bitterness that lands somewhere in a murky, dirt water finish. Flavors are not working together well. A fitting drink for the Pruneyard food desert.

GABF 09- listed as the Campbell location (san jose). Pours a very nice clear light golden and a good tacky fluffy white head. Aroma is crackery pils malts, doughy, light green hops and slight ester fruitiness- mostly clean and pilsner like. Flavor is also clean refined, pils malt, crackery dryness, light toast and bread, clean and crisp refreshing finish- well made. Nice.

Draught at the brewpub. Gold with a medium white head. The aroma is light but has some subtly sweet grain, bread, and herbal-lemon hops. Mostly clean but with a hint of fruitiness as well. The flavor is lightly sweet with a touch of hops in the finish and mild bitterness. Well balanced and clean, with a hint of grain persisting in the finish. Light bodied with a crisp texture, but with plenty of heft for the style. Good beer overall, though it shoots down the middle as far as hops and malt go.
