Light to medium body, average to strong carbonation. DuffMan (10602) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 13, 2015
On tap @ the brewpub in Seattle. Listed simply as "Red Ale", but all the specs line up (ABV, IBUs, etc) so I think I’m rating the correct brew here. Deep red-orange, off white head. Sweet fruity-caramel aroma and flavour, a little toasty. For a session, I liked this. Frozer (240) - Illinois, USA - MAY 9, 2013
Not much as far as aroma. Clear red hue. Flavor is grainy with some hops. Clean finish saves this one but not the best. Dogbrick (13547) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 10, 2013
Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a hazy reddish-amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of roasted malt and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel, roasted malt and hops. The finish is sweet with a short caramel malt aftertaste. Average overall. yespr (47039) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - MAR 15, 2012

Very little malt aroma. This might be better than the pale ale. Some caramel that grows. Flavor is solid and tasty for an amber. BuckeyeBoy (8281) - Boise, Idaho, USA - AUG 11, 2009
On tap at Rock Bottom Seattle location. Pours out a amber topped with a sand head. Aroma of light malts and some floral hops. Taste was more of the malt along with some light nuts.
