bottle on 3/3/10.
rich clear straw golden color with a short lived white head.
this some how smells smoky and autolyzed??? mixed with lemon, pale malt, floral peach pit and peppery hops.
throw some cardboard notes into the aroma and you get the flavor profile. it does finish peppery and crisp. most of that is probably due to the fizzy carbonation.
thin bodied. 4/3/4/2/9/2.2 MrBeerFanatic (1059) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - MAY 23, 2010
12 oz $22.95 beers of America pack wegmans. Medium honey in color light medium carbonated head. Aromas of sour apple, honey, light caramel. Flavors of slight cardboard, grain, slight caramel. Light, crisp. Was not liking the flavors to well here. williamherbert (1544) - Syracuse, New York, USA - MAY 9, 2010
Ultra-clear light color. Completely transparent and seemingly without any body. No head, not even a little.
Mild but sweet malty smell. Very mild and unassuming aroma, but it does have a very slight sourness.
It’s a standard lager/pilsner. Exactly average. Better than your B/M/C product, but nothing exceptional.
It’s very light and watery, but a miniscule bite at the end. It is the very definition of middle-of the-road. SuperDave (1932) - Beautiful Sunny Mesa, Arizona, USA - MAR 13, 2010
From a ’Beers Of America’ mix pack. Very light. Grain and malt with barely noticeable hops. Too sweet. DuffMan (10434) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 27, 2010
At least this one didn’t make me turn my head away in reulsion with its aroma! Sweet grainy aroma and flavour, again with that odd artificial sugary component that I can’t stand in so many of Minhas’ beers. Also the expected thin watery palate. I’m giving the rest of these Minhas specialty pack beers to my father-in-law. They should re-label the case to be "Historic Bottles of American Piss".

Very light. Aroma of corn and pale malts. Some bread and yeast taste but not much at all. Very average pale lager. ansermadide (1526) - Kyle, Texas, USA - JAN 10, 2010
Very nice, frothy head... I’ll give it that much. Pure white and thick. The rest... pale orange, practically yellow, VERY clear body with steady carbonation. Aroma of a canned lager. Something about this reminds me of the bottom-of-the-barrel lager you’d buy in a 12-pack to take with you on the river (cheap, in case you lose it in the water). Aroma is a little citrusy, with a finish that I can’t decide to define as sweet or metallic. A flat mouthfeel for as much carbonation that’s in this. Little aftertaste, which makes it better than if there were. Not a bad brew, just... well, it’s what it is. User29624 (1683) - - DEC 29, 2009
This is a pretty boring attempt at a lager. Pours gold with a thin white head. Nothing special about it, a little more flavor than say Miller Lite, but that is about it. Wouldn’t bother trying. GreatLibations (1854) - Last Supper, Arizona, USA - DEC 26, 2009
Another golden colored pale lager. No offensive nuances to speak of but totally not worth drinking. graham515 (537) - Houston, Texas, USA - DEC 21, 2009
Pours yellow/gold into the glass with a small white head that has some lasting power. Aroma is malt with an odd, almost lavender sweet profile. Flavor is rather unassuming with bready malt and just a hint of bitterness. No skunky lager flavor. Not bad, but mediocre in every way.
