Scopey (14511) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 19, 2015
Keg at the brewpub. It pours clear amber with a small beige head. The nose is soft, sweet, juicy, orange muffin, lilt, candied peel, mango and passion fruit. The taste is nicely bitter, oily, pine, resin, peppery, grapefruit rind, light alcohol, bread, cereal and toasty grass with a lingering bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Punchy and well-made. Juicy aroma. Good brewpub IPA. Lubiere (13796) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 14, 2013
A hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, complex citrusy hopped up exemple, mandarine, biscuit malt, very nice. In mouth, a nice fruity malt with floral hops, orange zest, smooth and quaffable yet exciting. deyholla (11503) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 4, 2016
Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a combination of citrus and pine with a hint of resin and a sweet grain backbone. Flavor has pine up front with growing citrus and a light grain backbone. My Bottom Line:JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 8, 2012
Tropical fruit meet salty minerals in this lean and refreshing New World IPA.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam laces around the misty blond.
-The salty notes are surprising but highly agreeable.
-The fruitiness is rather citrusy as well.
-The soft bubbling and slender mouthfeel increase drinkability.
-This one is getting better ratings than this brewer’s English-style ales, but it is probably because citrusy IPAs are in vogue. His Stout and ESB deserve as many, if not more, accolades, imho.
On tap at the brewpub.
Deep golden pour. Nose is very bright. Fresh citrus and pepper. Assertive bitterness. A clean bitterness and a great citrus/spice character. Awesome. Could drink this all day.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a lightly cloudy orange with decent-sized white head with lots of retention. Aroma is huge, lovely mostly citrusy but also piney hops with sweet candied malt. Flavour is quite sweet and full of grapefruit/citrus and piney hops. Nice bitterness in finish. Fine carbonation. Really an excellent, very drinkable beer. rejtable (2624) - Ontario, CANADA - MAY 22, 2015

UPDATED: APR 24, 2013 Clear copper colour with a thin white head and lace. Lovely fruity wine gum aroma. Fruit hop flavour with a pine finish. monk191 (1959) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 31, 2014
A very nice IPA. Pours an ugly clear yellow. Smells awesome, perfectly balanced hops with some tropical fruit and lots of peach. Taste is very well balanced, with some hops mixed with the peach. More IPA-like then the Rogue’s Roost IPA. Had on tap at the brewpub. UXO (1896) - CANADA - JUN 20, 2014
(Tasting flight) Pours a slightly hazy light gold with minimal head and spotty lacing. Big citrusy nose with grapefruit and pine resin. Taste is similar against a pleasant caramel malt background. Mouth feel is on the light side but sufficient for the style.
