Bottle @ DØE Haslev. Appearance: pours slightly hazy orange-amber with ok off-white soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste: barley, caramel, light wood, tropical fruits, light brett and earthy notes. palette: strong hoppy and yeasty aroma, average carbonation, medium to full body, average sweetness, balanced by a medium bitterness and light acidity, average duration and a watery texture. Overall: Tasteful brett take on a barley wine

Bottle from the Good Spirits Co Wine & Beer. Opaque red/amber, with a little froth. Nose is kinda spicy, maybe a bit of Belgian yeast. Taste is sharp, but also rich and yeasty. Just a wee bit of brett. Palate is good - tangy, refreshing, but also rich and weighty. I wish I'd kept this to let the brett work on it for a bit. Tap at Olhus Kopenhavn, Helsinki. Color is murky ruby with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Berries, strawberries, raspberries, sweetness, some dry fruits and malts. Berry elements dominate which is... very bad. Horrible drinkability. VDuquerroux (2112) - Airvault, Haut-Poitou, FRANCE - MAY 12, 2017

Bottle shared with Esp0r at the Beer & Boardgames in the woods trip 2016. Amber redtinted body with a medium beige head. Aroma of dark fruit, tart, lots of wood and spicy yeast. Funky taste, sweet yet very dry, dark fruit, bretty alcohol finish. A nice twist on a BW, very pleasant with the whole dryness. ochniczek (384) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 3, 2017
