On draught at B Spot Burgers during the Keep The Glass featuring Rockmill Brewery event on 05/16/2017. Hazy orange-amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, fruity yeast and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. Above average overall.

Bottle at the tap room. The beer is a slightly hazy orange-gold color with a medium rocky white head that dissipates gradually to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, funky yeast and toasted malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of herbal yeast, funky citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly funky brett and fruit. Enjoyable beer all around, and a cool label to boot.

750 cork and caged. Pours a big pillow head. Really nice nose followed by a dry saison with lemon and citrus. Well balanced. Lovely.

750 ml bottle poured a hazy gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of bread, yeast, earthiness, light citrus and a hint of funk. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, earthiness, yeast, light citrus and light funk with a smooth dry finish.

750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 3/25/2015. Pours hazy deep golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon zest, tangerine, grapefruit, orange peel, pear, apple, peppercorn, pine, wheat, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/piney hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and moderate pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon zest, tangerine, grapefruit, orange peel, pear, apple, peppercorn, pine, wheat, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of peppery yeast spiciness and moderate pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon/orange peel, tangerine, grapefruit, pear, apple, peppercorn, pine, wheat, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/pine hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, fairly crisp/sticky, and slightly bready mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Belgian saison IPA style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/piney hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

750ml bottle, big thanks to jstax for sharing. Date on bottle reads 03/25/15. Up front in the nose, a super-pleasant hop, funk and farmhouse aroma, super-awesome, all works great. Very pleasant farmhouse, hay, funk... Awesome super-estery very pleasantly herbal character to it. Very mild spiciness. Nice citrus, earthy herbal hop. Kind of floral and spicy hop character. Centennial comes through nicely. Hazy pale golden orange color. Thin slightly off-white head. Great retention. Leaves great thicker reaches of lace. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of soft, light to moderate carbonation. More dry finish. Moderate-plus bitter taste. Light sweet, more dry finish. Very pleasant funky estery and hoppy herbal aftertaste, very long aftertaste. I absolutely loved this the whole way through.

750 ml bottle poured into a snifter. The beer is a hazy gold with a white head of foam. The beer is pretty hop forward. I get lots of citrus, earthy and floral. Taste has a nice sweetness and estery qualities. Cornflaky, honey, a little herbal. Medium body and medium carbonation.

UPDATED: NOV 22, 2015 750 ml bottle. Hazy gold, straw color, thick white head. Aroma is mild hops, grass, spices, and citrus, lemon peel, definitely some farmhouse funk. Citrus is pretty mild, peppery and spicy notes, and some sweeter tropical fruit, tangerine, and a bit of honey. Some hoppy bitterness. Light body, astringent finish.

750 ml corked and caged bottle, looks like 032515 is printed on the label. I assume that’s the bottled on date. Served in a tulip, the beer pours a hazy gold color with about an inch and a half white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like citrusy hops (tropical fruit, lemon peel), apples, peppery spice, bready/grainy malt and a bit of clove. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there’s the addition of some hay, banana and some floral/herbalness. Nice mix of fruity, tart and earthy flavors in this brew. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it’s refreshing and has a good amount of carbonation. I liked this a lot, Rockmill continues doing a great job with the farmhouse style ales! $11.99 a bottle.
