Bottle during RBSG 2014. Cloudy apricot yellow with off-white head. Aromas of bread, funk, citrus peel. Tastes of funk, figs, citrus fruit and peel. Medium-light body and dry. phaleslu (10652) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 29, 2014
375 ml bottle shared at RBSG up in the presidential suite. I saw Biebers wanted one, and I had to deliver the goods from Ohio. Pours a mostly clear, deep gold with a white head that settles into a ring. Notes of farmhouse funk, bready malts, orange, melon, apple, soap, spice (pepper, clove), and straw. Maybe some banana, too. Light-bodied with low to moderate carbonation and a sweet, watery mouthfeel. Leans sweet for my liking, but not bad. jcnielsen (3416) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUN 25, 2014
Bottle shared at RBSG. Thanks phaleslu! Pours a hazy golden orange color with white head. Malty, honey, spicy aromas and flavors. CanIHave4Beers (4224) - Pouring Bus, Iowa, USA - JUN 24, 2014
808s n FartRates review #8, Peter brought this one because I wanted him to, which I thought was both chill and tame.

Pours a golden color with a decent head and lacing on the glass.
The aroma is earthy and peachy with some toasty bread.
The flavor is a touch boozy, but it does have a peachy fruitiness along with some pear. The peppercorn is a pretty forward note here as well is the baguette bread. It’s decently dry I suppose but it’s got a little bit more malt character/sweetness than I’d like it to have.
Nice enough beer for sure.
On tap @ Presidential Suite. Hazy golden beer with a white head. Strong banana ester, some peach, and bread dough. A bit of clove and white pepper. Quite a bit of orange zest, which is nice. Flavor is a bit sweeter than I’d like for a saison, but still pleasant. Bread dough, orange, and banana are prominent. A touch of pear and apple. Nice spiciness. Pretty decent beer. Shared at RBSG 2014 in the Presidential Suite. White pepper in the nose. Pour is slightly hazy; dark orange. A ton of citrus in the flavor with moderate carbonation and very crisp and bubble. Dry finish. Pretty good. cubs (10714) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUN 19, 2014
Bottle @ the peteing zoo. Pours a hazy reddish orange appearance with a tan head. Soapy, floral, spicy yeasty, tangerine aroma. Slight bubblegum, banana, spicy bready yeasty flavor. Ok. Fritz123 (1597) - Boca Raton, Florida, USA - APR 20, 2014
Bottle from a store in Columbus, OH. Pours a golden yellow with haze. Large white head that lasted awhile and laced nicely in a snifter. Aroma of hay, dough, wheat, barnyard, spices, funk and damp basement. The taste really was fairly mild but the yeasts and the funky barn were most dominant with the bready dough as a base. The finish was a little funk with the spices and white pepper. moderate carb, light body. Tingles on the palette. Overall a pretty good saison. blklab2007 (2120) - Connecticut, USA - MAR 14, 2014
Bottle poured a coppery golden color with a coating of off white head that held on fairly well. Aroma has grains, wheat, wet hay, yeast, and light spice. Mouth feel is medium and the carbonation is on the low side. Flavor has a lot of yeast character, esters, mild spice, grains, light bitterness, pepper, spices, and a lingering finish. It has a lot to offer and in no way is simple but the yeast is the center of the beer. Looking over the ratings it looks like every ones bottle is completely different.
