750 ml corked and caged bottle courtesy of slowjohn ( thanks John) poured a cloudy yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, lemon and a hint of spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of wheat, yeast, spice and citrus with a smooth lingering citrus finish. Tmoney99 (14632) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 20, 2011
Bottle shared at Natifest ’11. Poured hazy orange yellow color with a medium frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate yeasty sweet citrus and spice aroma. Medium body with a tingly smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy citrus sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate to long duration. My expectations where met with an above average beer for style.

This beer is a slightly hazed orange-gold color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to a film. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, fruit and herbs. Light body with flavors of sweet malt, zesty citrus, yeast and spice. The finish is citrusy with a sweet yeast aftertaste. Above average overall. jcwattsrugger (12471) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - DEC 10, 2011

Bottle @ home, courtesy of JStax. Thanks a bunch! JetsonFest II. Cloudy, marigold yellow-orange appearance with a cream colored head. Fairly spicy, coriander, lemon zesty, potpourri/incense, herbal, yeasty aroma. Herbal, spicy, coriander, somewhat peppery, yeasty, wheat malty, light fruity flavor. Pretty decent- nothing too special- but a nice offering. alexsdad06 (10486) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - AUG 13, 2013
750 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have wheat, pale malts, mildly spicy with coriander and orange peel, light citrus character and a hint of clove. Interesting example, my biggest knock on these guys is the cost of their bottles. phaleslu (10338) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 15, 2014
Pour from a bottle at Rockmill. Pours a hazy, pale yellow-gold with a white head. Super bready and wheaty aroma, with sourdough, lemon, coriander, grass, and straw - big malt in the nose. Flavor of lemon citrus, wheat, florals, and mild spice. Cleaner than the nose. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation and a bready, refreshing mouthfeel. Interesting witbier. arminjewell (9687) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - MAY 25, 2012
Pour out of 750 mL bottle, hazy yellow-orange pour with thin white head, aroma has notes of big cardamom, hints of fruit, biscuit, bread, lemon notes, touch of fruit, pretty spicy but nice. Taste is sweet pear, white grape and peach, hints of cardamom with a touch of bready biscuit, touch of herbal notes, finishing fairly sweet. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 9, 2012
Sample from a 750ml bottle. Hazy yellow / orangish whitish color. Little mostly white head. Good spice (coriander) and orange peel nose. Nice spicy citrusy hops to it. Nice, soft, lighter carbonation. Medium body. Dry texture. Bit of lace. Light bitternes. Zest, for sure. Real good witbier, for sure.
