Bottle - pours hazy gold with a tight white head. Some stone fruit with hints of biscuit malt. Light fruit on the taste, not much bitterness, thin mouthfeel.

On tap at Rocks Brewing, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light hopping and biscuity malt. Flavour brings out biscuity malt and light hopping. It’s alright, nothing special.

UPDATED: APR 20, 2017 Growler from Alexandria brewery for Christmas - thanks Shaz. Murky straw colour, small white head. Huge tropical fruit aroma with pineapple dominating. More tropical fruit flavours, fresh grassy hops and a solid caramel malt background. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330 mL, BeerBud Advent pack. Pours bright amber orange with fine carbonation and a light head. Attractive fresh fruity malty aroma. Mildly flavoured palate, easy drinking but finishes a little short.

Gold pour with a fluffy white head. Tropical fruit, a little manky aroma. Taste is a bit weak - some very light tropical fruit and malt but a bit thin. Nothing spectacular.

ALLOVATE (3087) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - DEC 9, 2015
Day 9 of my advent calendar.
Unfortunately served up way too chilled and thus aroma and flavour suffered. It settles a dull amber and bright. Head a mess of white foam that daubs a thick lace. Supple, tropical, fruit tingle nose - a little musty and unclean. Creamy, foamy palate not offering too much up at all. Soft rubber and plastic notes atop a powdery malt profile. Drabby fruit esters with very little bitterness to balance. Light bodied overall. Not much going to excite but to its credit it drinks easily. Hoped for more! (33cL, BB 07/07/16, Boozebud)

Cloudy pale, orangey, a bit dusty/yeasty, medium body. Light bitterness in the finish.

Draught at the Woolly Mammoth, Brisbane on 4th September 2015. Pale gold with thin white head and spot lacing. Fine grapefruit citrus aroma. Grass and grapefruit in-mouth, and a fruity finish. Zingy mouthfeel and light body. A tasty golden ale.

sm89walt (2082) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - AUG 16, 2015
330ml bottle. I sank a few of these after a day at the beach; makes a great session golden. Has good balance between crisp and refreshing citrus-accented hops, sweeter stone fruits and biscuity pale malts. Light to medium in body with medium carbonation and a moderate intensity and length finish.

Wim (4226) - Weelde, BELGIUM - AUG 9, 2015
on holiday, golden blond colored body with a white head and with a citrus hop aroma a hop fruity sweet slightly bitter taste with a bitter finish
