Lloydy (100) - Worcestershire, ENGLAND - JAN 30, 2016
500ml bottle, a gift from Selfridges. At first I thought I had a dodgy bottle as it poured out a very hazy, dark orange, unusual for an IPA. Really cloudy, but it was drinkable. If that was how it is supposed to be, I would save my money and buy one of the many cheaper and better IPAs out there.

Argonian (280) - Athens, GREECE - JAN 4, 2014
Bottle. Pours a hazy orange body, with a huge white frothy head that diminishes rather quickly, leaving a very good lace. Very nice pine and tropical aromas at the start, with a faint note of yeast, that diminishes as the beer gets warmer. Heavy bitter taste, with a medium bitter aftertaste, a little harsh maybe. Over carbonated, medium body. Not the best IPA, but works nicely.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at Selfridges. Pours clear orange-gold with a strong, frothy white head. The nose is full of bready malts and orange meringue. Light to medium sweet flavor, lots of grainy bread, slight oxidation, hints of caramel, dry citrus. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Malty finish, some leafy bitterness, dry caramel, dry orange. So so.
