Aroma is like a ripe, juicy peach. The flavor is licking a fuzzy peach with just a little peach juice - with a great tartness. There is not a huge amount of beer flavor, but it works in this beer. Not overly sweet, but with a serious pop of flavor. The head brewer claims to only use real, fresh Palisade peaches. I think you can taste it. An adjunct lover’s beer, and a real joy to drink. I could practically feel the peach juice running down my chin. DrinkEmUpJones (1069) - Georgia, USA - OCT 19, 2011
Delicious smelling sweet cooked peaches on the nose. Pors hazy yellow with pillowy white head. Crisp and clean palate is sweet, but not sticky or syrupy. Great lingering finish. BMan1113VR (7930) - Los Angeles, California, USA - DEC 17, 2011
On tap. Pours with a clear golden body with a white head. Again, another insane beer from these guys. Aroma is spot on, so true to life with juicy, sweet peach filling and an insane malt character that is super biscuity and pie like. Bready, light caramel. Very vibrant. Flavors are sweet (but again, thankfully not cloying). Vanilla, bready, floral, peaches, juicy. Decent acidity to balance. Really well put together. Light bubbles and not too full or sweet on the finish. A dessert beer, but not a diabetes beer. douglas88 (9572) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 28, 2011
On tap at GABF 2011, I camped out near Rocky Mountain for sometime. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. A super sweet bursting aroma of peaches, candy. The flavor was a bready sweet peach note all the way, dry and very damn tasty. A bit sweet but very natural. Errl (2442) - Plano, Texas, USA - OCT 27, 2015

Very fruity nose, peach cobbler, no head, intense peach flavor, don’t know how they got so much peach into this beer. Not a peach extract according to brewer. Can taste brown sugar? One of the best at GABF 2010. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - DEC 27, 2010
GABF 2010. Pours a hazy bright orange copper with a thinning spritzy head. Aroma is peach cobbler, dusty old peach mixed with fresh ones, lots of skins, some mustiness, then graham crust, and cake batter. Flavor is mineral, peach puree, peach pie, cobbler, biscuit, fresh bread, juicy pear-peach blend punch, then a light tartness in the end. Still good, but I didn’t enjoy this quite as much as the other 2 fruit beers at the fest. bu11zeye (13140) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - MAY 16, 2011
(Draught) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of peach cobbler all the way! Flavor of peach, pie crust, caramel, and some sugar cookie. boisebeer (57) - boise, Idaho, USA - JAN 1, 2012
I had this several times at GABF and it was wonderful. The carbonization was really high but that comes with a fruit beer. appearance was a off yellow with so much activity.
It really tasted just like a keylime pie. This was one of two key limes we had gabf and it was the second best.
