Our copper colored American-Style India Pale Ale is brewed with European Pale Ale, Vienna, CarAmber, & Munich Malts. Massive quantities of US grown Amarillo hops give this special beer its unique hoppy flavor. One sip and you’ll think you’re in the middle of a Hopyard! A wonderful match with our steaks, and spicier foods.

Deep golden color with a slight haze and thick white rocky head. Big earthy floral and leafy resins on the nose. Bright mellow flavor that's pale malty and leafy hoppy with a nice enter pine and floral flavor. Medium-balanced bitterness and a cooling mellow finish. Pretty standard IPA that's not trying to change the world but also not stuck in the past.

7% ABV and hoppy. Nothing wrong with this IPA. Don’t understand the mediocre ratings. Definitely excellent malt flavor and equally robust in hop character. Great beer! Got it on tap so not bottled beer. The burgers here at Rockyard were very good too. Get the buffalo!

Bottle poured a hazy golden hue w/ large foamy lasting white head. Bold grassy hop aroma. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a moderate bitter finish of long duration. Tastes are straw, biscuit, pine, and cereal. Medium bodied and creamy mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2015 From a 12 oz bottle in a Scotch Silly glass. Pours golden with head and lace. Aroma of straw hops, Brazil nuts and grains. Significant carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of grains, straw hops, earth and minerals. Overall decent. Re-rate Sep 27 - A little noticeable sweet malts and minerals. Decent!

Draft at the brewery. Pours a clear, orange color with a light, laced head. Hoppy taste. Some citrus lingers. Light, dry finish. Not a bad IPA.

Light aroma and a lighter yellow color. Lighter start on this but tastes too German for my tastes. Not as hoppy as I expected ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Really nice light taste - can’t wait to try it in summer on a patio! More citrus than I’m used to - refreshing!

Awesome! A nice big hop burst. Full of resin and pine. Nice mouthfeel and clear pour. How this beer is getting such low ratings baffles me. Description lists 5.3% but is actually 7.2%. Picture is for the old Pale Ale incarnation of the name too.

travita (5006) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 18, 2013
Bottle. The look is golden in color, whitish head, and clear. The smell is hops, sweet, fruits, pine, and ok. The taste is sweet, lighter bitterness level, and hops.

ajnepple (6978) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAR 3, 2013
12 oz bottle. Pours a pale orange color and slightly hazy with a nice off-white head and almost no lacing. Mild aroma of pine and earthy hops, grass, light citrus, light caramel and soap. Light to medium body with a thin, dry texture and flat carbonation. Medium hop bitterness with light sweetness. An earthy/grassy flavor with an unfortunate soapy flavor in the finish. Meh.
