On tap @Birrifugio Trastevere (Rome). Aspetto vinoso, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca media, non molto persistente. Al naso sentori vinosi, frutta rossa, note citriche, leggero aceto balsamico. In bocca è molto acida, citrica, tagliente, leggermente acetica, astringente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Impegnativa.

Cunningham (7982) - Halden, NORWAY - MAY 8, 2017
Almost clear amber color with a fine head on top. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a soft carbonation level. Oily texture. Pleasant acidity and a fine mellow sweetness. Cherries, fruity, vinegar and oak are dominating the flavor. Nice tasty evening sipper.

jbruner (4745) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - APR 2, 2017
Pours a deep, hazy brownish red on tap with a ring bubbly tan head that leaves light lace. Aroma of dark fruity notes over lactic acidity and a mild funk. Taste follows, nice mild acidity that blends well with the Belgian esters and a hint of the musty funk from the foeder. A nice treat.

after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - MAR 22, 2017
Draft at SB. Pours a murky dark crimson with a scant tan head that settles. Bright tangy balsamic and oak nose, some strawberries and vanilla there. Creamy medium body with moderate carb. Beautiful woody balsamic palate with soft sweet notes of berries and vanilla in the background. Wonderfully balanced and full of character.

(En fût à O’Brien’s): Très vinaigré, un noyau de cerise vivement impliqué, aucune effervescence et une sécheresse épicée en finale.

Big Wood 2016, Brouwer’s, Seattle. Very thin ring, a bit of haze to a red-brown, clear body. Great red fruit, funky depth, soft red fruit sip. Some light tart, a little vinous, a touch of vinegar. Nice.

Na kranie w Beer Temple Amsterdam: Piwo raczej klarowne w kolorze bursztynowym nalewa sie praktycznie bez piany. W aromacie kwasnie zielone winogrona, czerwone porzeczki i winne aromaty. W smaku czuc drewno, bardzo kwasne owoce i lekko slodki finisz. Jest lekko i orzezwiajaco, bardzo pijalne.
