A blend of 1/3 young beer and 2/3 of beer aged 2 years in large oak vats. The more important proportion of oak matured beer contributes to its fruity taste, complexity and intensity. The finish is worthy of a great wine.

Great Cru! Everything about this beer is enjoyable if you like sour beers (as I do). Sour aroma, dark milky brown appearance, sour/sweet taste, lingering aftertaste (which is good in this case). A must try!

Tart. Notes of cherry. Don't care for it cold, needs to warm up. And OK but far from my favorite sour ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Like the aroma of an aged wine. Pours a deep brown colour with light head. Flavour is spur initially then gives way to a sweet, textured finish—hint of its oak-aged container has made its way into the flavor profile too! Not quite what I was expecting but one of the better ‘sour beers’ I’ve tried. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Czerwone owoce, akcenty winne, ciut wanilii, octowy kwasek. Średnio treściwe, wytrawne, kwaśne, cierpkie. Goryczka niska, wysycenie wysokie, musujące. Nie do końca moje klimaty, ale warto było spróbować.

Aroma: fruits, sour notes, red wine. Taste: red fruits, red wine, dry, nice sourness. Small head, average lacing and high carbonation.

jsmerig (1656) - Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 26, 2017
Pours a cloudy caramel brown. Aroma of tart cherries. Taste is sour up front with a bit of earthy funk in the middle finishing with a bit of smoked malt. Less on the refreshing side bit my cup of tea ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poures brown and a bit of red, with high head at start which disappears quickly. No lace and only a little of carbonization. Smell at first reminds me of sour vine probably brett, a bit of forest honey and higher alcohols like acetone. Taste like vinegar, sournes really hits you especially at the end of a jaw for a brief moment. It is refreshing , but one is quite enough for a while.
