COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
A blend of 1/3 young beer and 2/3 of beer aged 2 years in large oak vats. The more important proportion of oak matured beer contributes to its fruity taste, complexity and intensity. The finish is worthy of a great wine.

750ML bottle. Nice think head which diminishes rather quickly. Colour of ale is deep red, almost mahogany. Strong vinegar and sweet to sour notes in the aroma. Initial taste is very sour but quickly even out to a very nice, almost dry finish. Wonderfully full bodied!

Dark rusty brown with short lived beige head. Quite sour. Notes of lemon, herbs and horse blanket. Medicinal and vinous qualities make for a very complex beer. High carbonation.

Appearance beautiful bordeaux-brown. Taste and aroma sour as it should be and distinctly vinous. Has a watery character and overdone carbonation though. Maybe I should re-rate this because I havent noticed this before.

Zeer mooie bruin-robijnachtige kleur. Licht houten azijngeur. Dit azijn werkt verder in de smaak. Hout, karamel, ahornsiroop en wycam.

Aromat - kwaśny, winny, wiśniowo porzeczkowy, lekko rwnież octowy; nurta wanilii i czekolady, po ogrzaniu wyszedł nawet prażony słonecznik. Piana - niska, średnia i drobna, bardzo szybko opada do krążka. W smaku czekoladowe praliny z wiśniami; kwaśno, wytrawnie, intensywnie owocowe.
