Color marrn oscuro, opaco, sin apenas espuma. Carbonatacin imperceptible. Aroma a vinagre, sidroso.

Pours a translucent mahogany into the glass, with a light tan head that quickly diminishes. leaving no lace of which to speak. The nose is of tart esters and vinegar notes. Flavors of unripened apples, Bing cherries, light vinegar and woody oaken tones finish semi-curt and sour. Its medium body and active palate provides a fresh sour brown offering thats sure to please fans of Flemish and wild ales. Sour, clean and nice, its never overbearing. Great job.

I wouldnt call this the most refreshing beer in the world....not even if I was retarded. Im more refreshed after a lager or session IPA but hey, thats just me. Some people like a nice, sweet, fruit beer to feel good. Red or Purple pour with the standard overly sweet and viscous cherry and oak tones. Some light vinegar.

Opened this one for a belgian goulash with Kasteel Donker. Thanks a lot for the recipe Frank and Bierhandlung! Decent sourness with vinegar and (Slightly toasted) wood.

Pours a clear red amber colour, small off white head. Fruity sour cherry aroma. Sour cherry and tart apple flavour, dry finish.
