On tap at belgian beer fest ljubljana. aroma: sour, oak, vanilla, some low dark fruits and caramel with alcohol. Appearance: red hue, off white head with good retention and clear. Taste shows a more agressive sourness paired with more caramel sweetness. light body, slick feel, lively. Overall quite nice, could be more mellow with more age.

Dark amber/ruby color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of malt, yeast, & dark fruit; Flavor of slight sweet malt, yeast, sour dark fruit (notably cherries), hops, and spice; Finish is sour/tart (almost vinegar like); Solid example of the style.

rodsquad (181) - Aberdeen, SCOTLAND - MAR 25, 2017
Bottle as gift. Pours cloudy ruby-brown with minimal beige head. Bizarre nose of sweet pickling vinegar and warm syrup. Flavour continues on the vinegar track but mercifully mild. Plenty of sweet cider. Raspberries, light fruity red wine and a little herbiness also. A light palate with a little oil on the lips. Moderate carbonation. When you taste a beer and the overriding tone is that of pickling vinegar its time to run and hide. But there is something here surprisingly addictive. I cant believe it.

Small bottle Appearance: dark amber, beige head, quite good lacing Aroma: sour, red fruits (cherries?) and wood, Taste: sour middle - high at the beginning, then one feels it less, hint of red fruits/cherries, aftertaste: sweet boiled candy like

Cavie (4638) - Arlington, Texas, USA - MAR 17, 2017
Bottle. Brown, but with a ruby red color when held to the light. Aroma has a bit of chocolate notes, toasty, bready, sugary sweet. Flavor is not overly sour, but tart notes are present. A bit of an odd lingering aftertaste. Thin bodied. Some dark fruit notes.

KraftowyJakup (236) - POLAND - MAR 13, 2017
Octowe, lekko winne, kwaskowo-słodkie, jakieś owoce się przewinęły (słodkie wiśnie i jabłka), dość wodniste. Całkiem przyjemne, ale nie ma startu do Grand Cru.

doromiejszyk (44) - Konstancin-Jeziorna, POLAND - MAR 12, 2017
W zapachu jak i w smaku niewiele poza octem, kwasowością. Nie zalega, jest troche kontrowana przez slodycz. Przyjemne piwo, jednak w porownaniu z GrandCru to biednie
