Bouteille 25 cl (ouf ?). Brune, mousse moyenne. Nez : acétique, cerises, raisin. Bouche : acidulée, fruitée-raisin-cerise. Moyenne amertume, moyenne carbonatation. Pas plus mauvaise que la Grand Cru ... et cela toujours sans crevettes !

W aromacie otry ocet, wiśnie. W smaku mocno kwaśne, lekko słodkie, znikoma gorycz. Mało ciała, średnio pijalnie ze względu na szczypiący finisz i duże wysycenie.

Idiosynkrasie (8216) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - SEP 21, 2017
250ml bottle [as Rodenbach Classic]. Clear, chestnut colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Tart-ish spicy aroma with a vinous touch, hints of vinegar, notes of blue grapes, fig, morello, hints of juniper berry, laurel, blackcurrant. Taste is sweet-and-sour, juicy, vinous, minimally sugary, tangy, notes of morello, blue grapes, dark berries, sweet-ish red berries, raspberry vinegar; lasting finish, minimally sticky palate.

Not as complex as the Grand Cru version. But a very refreshing sour all the same. I will have to try them side-by-side next time. I've had this a number of times now. And OK but not great sour ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

puren (1326) - Gdańsk, POLAND - SEP 20, 2017
PREZENTACJA: pod światło klarowne, kasztanowe, piana skąpa, sycząca, od razu opada do obrączki ;
AROMAT: kwaśne nuty mlekowe i wytrawne, leżakowane w drewnie czerwone wino ;
ODCZUCIE: ciało średnie, wysoko nasycone, nieprzyjemnie szczypie w czubek języka;
SMAK: lekko słodkie owocowe wino z wyraźnym klepkowym akcentem, kwaskowy posmak ;
OGÓLNIE: niezbyt ciekawe, choć złe nie jest.
