KajII (801) - Macon, North Carolina, USA - NOV 11, 2012
11.2oz Bottle. The pour was a dark cranberry red with an average (1-2 finger) light brown fizzy head that fully diminished in a short time, leaving behind virtually no lacing at all. The aroma was quite compelling with some sweet malts and a tart Brett yeast, along with notes of dark fruit (black cherry, raspberry and cassis), candi sugar and a slight port wine presence. The taste was bold and flavorful with a malty sweet tartness and a good fruity note along with some candi sugar to start, then became nice and yeasty with a strong sour port presence towards the end. The flavor lasted an average duration following the swallow, with a fruity sour wine taste fading ever so slowly. Mouthfeel was a about medium in body and dry in texture with an almost medium carbonation. Overall this brew creates a fruity sour explosion on the taste buds, which I personally love. It has tons and tons of flavor, a fantastic drinkability and possesses a low ABV. Damn it’s good...

BojanM (32) - Banja Luka, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA - DEC 10, 2017
Tamno bakarna boja, smeđa pjena srednje debljine, brzo nestane. Arome vina, vanilije, osjeti se i na drvo i odlezavanje u buretu. Malo voćnih aroma, a ima i određenu alkoholnu notu. Poprilično kiselo, bez gorčine, sa dozom slatkog. Slabe karbonizacije, vodene teksture.

Piana niewielka, znika prawie cała. Kolor błotnisty pod światło wpadający w czerwień. Aromat kwaskowy, winogronowy z lekka słodyczą, drewnem. Smak intensywnie owocowy, jabłka, winogrona, wiśnie, pestkowy, umiarkowanie kwaśny z lekka słodyczą. w tle taniny z beczki dębowej. Piwo dość lekkie, sprawia wrażenie rozcieńczonego. Dobre.

biilz (232) - SPAIN - DEC 7, 2017
Аромат слегка кисловат, цвет пива темно янтарный, пена отсутствует. Вкус приятный, не яркий и не слишком кислый как его брат Гранд Крю. Ощущается приятная квашенная кислота яблок. Послевкусие плавное и очень длительное.

Tap at 6 degrees north. Nose is cherry, Joghurt, berries. Palate is Joghurt, pineapple, berries, cherry. Nice, but should be more intense.

(moins affirmée que la grand cru (et plus facile), moins acide-vineux, alcool faiblard, trop aqueuse, mais bien boisée)

Derbeth (1069) - Kraków, POLAND - NOV 18, 2017
Bottle. Dark brown colour, hazy, minimal head. Aroma is mostly raisin and red currant, also some vanilla and wood. Lightly sour, light sweetness. Light body, lively carbonation. Not very intensive in taste, but still very good.
