Bottle @ St. Albans BF. Opaque gold with a white head. Sweetish nose of Bubble gum, banana and wheat. Taste is much the same, some orangey citrus notes. Quite simple and plain but enjoyable. jbrus (4988) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - OCT 21, 2007

Citrus aroma with a hint of banana and some herbs. Hazy, yellow color, white irregular head, fair lace. Light sweet, hints of banana and citrus in the flavor as well, crisp, not very flavorful and a little watery. More like a Kristall Weizen than a Hefe Weizen.
A Mes rate:
33cl bottle at St. Albans Beer Festival. Very cloudy blonde with a decent white head. Nice drinkable estery weiss. Nothing unusual, banana, light wheat and some vanilla on the finish. Not bad. harrisoni (19332) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - SEP 30, 2007
Bottle at St Albans BF 2007. Odd green gold colour cloudy with thin white head. Good banana, too carbonated, very estery, very bananary. Bit metallic, bit too bubblegum. Aurelius (5570) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - AUG 21, 2007
Moderately fruity, oatmealish/starchy aroma with whiffs of biotic alcohol. Tapioca white-gray lumpy head. Medium-light bittering, peppery. Tart finish that goes a bit bitter and lightly astringent.

The cork jumps off the bottle with a loud bang. Blonde. Loads of coreander in the flavor. Flour. pepper and coreander in the aroma. Sweetish and rather herbal. Nutmeg. Citrus finish. A-typical weizen.
